This guest house is very central to all amenities in St Helier  also the beach is just at the bottom of the street at the top of the street it takes you to town and bus station , the rooms are adequate and are cleaned everyday also the cooked breakfast is delicious , we were both made very welcome by the hosts and Mo was very Helpful and friendly I would certainly recommend and would go back to this little delightful hotel .

We really enjoyed staying here for a week. Loved the hosts and their local area knowledge. It was our anniversary and we had the best time. Thank you once again for all the help.

There are good Indian restaurants in the area that serve authentic Indian food.

Stayed here on a short break and was made welcome as soon as we arrived. Very helpful staff always willing to help, rooms adequate for what we needed and cleaned every day. Great choice of breakfast to set you up for the day. Would certainly recommend and will definitely stay again

The guest house is conveniently situated for most amenities in St Helier and very close to a bus stop.  We found it very clean and comfortable, the only possible problem was that there is no lift but we were given help with our luggage. The beds were comfortable. However it was rather hot at night under a big duvet and with no aircon, also the en-suite bathroom was rather basic. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good - everything cooked freshly to order, although we found the selection of cereals a bit boring.  However, if asked they will make an effort to get what you want.  The guest house is very good value for money.

Excellent Guest House

Great value and hospitality

We booked at the Kensington guest house through Booking.com and paid for our accommodation. The owner insisted that he hadn’t been paid on check out and given that we weren’t certain, we paid again by Visa and thought we would sort it out later.
Once home, we checked our statement and confirmed that the accommodation had been withdrawn and so we contacted the owner to have the second payment refunded.
After explaining the situation the owner yelled down the phone that we were wrong and hung up in our ear. In total we paid an additional $800 on his insistence and he refused to refund it - beware!!!!
