Great place to stay. Ian was a welcoming attentive host. The room was very clean and well stocked with tea and coffee. 
The communial areas were tidy and a comfortable. 
The hotel had free parking to the rear and the hotel was situated on the front with easy access to all the shops/amusements and arcades.
Would definitely stay again ☺️

Absolutely superb little Hotel - fabulous value for money. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast and great coffee.  Comfy bed with quality bedlinen, absolutely spotless bedroom and bathroom, and Ian is a charming and friendly host.  Free parking and very central but far enough away from the action to be lovely and quiet! Very close to the beach and attractions, we will definitely be bask as was a perfect base for us whilst visiting friends.  Thank you Ian for a lovely stay x

I would highly recommend the Balmoral guest house.  We had a sea view room which was comfy and clean. The breakfast was great. It's right on the seafront just down from the clock tower, so only a short walk from everything, but at the quieter end so no noise from late night revellers. There's also a free carpark.  Exceptional value. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel !! Rooms were lovely and clean with fresh towels daily! Breakfast was amazing and Ian was so friendly and very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and drink!! Bonus there was free car park.will be returning thank you .

We had the large sea view room. Very well decorated it was spotless everything we needed. We were greeted by Ian a lovely man who was so helpful let us park up on the front and said our rooms were ready . The breakfast room was great cereal , yoghurt fresh orange and as much tea and coffee as you wanted , a beautiful cooked full English breakfast served with toast. Good food , hot and inviting , we will be back

Was so lovely and clean great breakfast , plenty of tea coffee milk and biscuit, we stayed for 2 nights . Host was very chatty and friendly. Would defo return. Great location , parking and breakfast included .we visited September 2023 Very good comfortable bed . Lots of nice wooden hangers in wardrobe makes such a difference from the plastic ones .

Whole place was immaculately clean.
Paid the extra for the larger room with the sea-view - which was well worth it.
Comfortable bed, hot shower, fresh well-cooked breakfast plus jiuce, cereal and toast. Free off-street parking and just a shot stroll to the beach or town centre.

A fantastic guest house, everything you could ask for.
The location is superb, short walk to all the attractions and the beach, about 10-15 walk from the railway station.
Ian the host couldn't have been more welcoming, friendly accommodating.and gave excellent advise on where to eat & drink locally
The full english breakfast is great, set us up for the morning.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee as well as soap and shower gel.
I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Has to be the nicest Guest House I've been to. Words simply can't describe it.
The owners simply are fantastic.  Food lovely, bed comfortable.
There is absolutely nothing to criticize. In fact I'd give it 10 stars if I could. 
If you intend on coming to Skeggy, give this place a chance. You won't regret it. You are no more than a couple of minutes walk to the clock tower 

Stayed at the Balmoral Hotel last weekend. Lovely hotel. Very warm welcome from Ian. Recommended a number of places for entertainment and eating out. We tried them all. Wasn't disappointed. There was a major water leak in Skegness on the Saturday so no water for a number of hours but Ian gave us all a bottle of water which was a lovely thought. Didn't stop us enjoying our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here. Can see why it's in the top 3 hotels in Skegness. Provides parking too. Lovely breakfast.

Excellent Stay

We just enjoyed a 3 night stay here. We were greeted warmly and had a wonderful stay. The room was comfy and very clean. Breakfast was very good and tasty. It was about 10 min wdlk to the town and all amenities.  There was allocated place to park . Luckly the weather was lovely.  Buses are just down the road and there was a lovely beach not far to walk to. There was a kettle and tea bags and clean cups every day.  The room we chose had a shower but it was across the hall, but it was very clean. We had two toilets as well.  Would definitely stay there again.
