Thank you Karen and Carrie for another fabulous holiday. Rooms spotless as usual, blow out breakfast. The only place I have stayed that provide lactosefree milk in the room so I dont have to bring my own. Would not stay anywhere else when visiting Skeg. Do not confuse it with the other one. Karen and Carrie are on Scarborough Avenue opposite the pier.

Lovely little guest house. Karen is lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Beautiful rooms, very nicely decorated and impeccably clean. There was a mini fridge which was wonderful as I had milk with me to make a cup of tea. Kettle and a selection of tea and coffee with sugar and sweeteners etc in the room. Comfortable beds and amazing service. We had fresh fluffy towels and a fan set up for our arrival, we even had some sweets placed upon the towels 😊. The window had also been opened to allow in the sea breeze. Breakfast was served promptly and was delicious. Good quality food and cooked perfectly. Fresh pressed coffee was also served and there was an option of tea or fresh orange juice along with a selection of cereal. The dining area was clean and bright and felt comfortable. Would absolutely recommend 👍🏻

Karen and Carrie were the perfect hosts.
Nothing was too much trouble. The Beachlands had everything you would need for a great stay. The room was spotless and had a great coffee maker.
The beach was a minutes walk and everything was on the doorstep.
We will definitely be returning!

This is our 3 rd time here and it is fabulous.   The rooms have everything you need and are spotless. The little touches mean a lot 😀. The family are so lovely  and Carrie  especially is a lovely person .   The breakfast is second to none the food is fresh hot and more than sufficient to set you up for a bracing walk around the seaside town .  It’s in a very good position next to a car park on Scarborough avenue and literally 100 meters from central pier.    If you like a curry I would recommend Saffron at the bottom of the road. Flipping amazing ( thanks for the heads up Carrie )  overall the number 1 guest house in skeg vegas 🥰🥰🥰

Stayed here on a last minute trip , we was welcomed like family and the owner was simply amazing. The room was extremely clean, loads of room for a family,  the little touches like sweets for the children an bottled water in a fridge was lovely, the hotel is near to the beach and seafront but absolutely no noise so had a lovely sleep, beds comfortable too, then came the breakfast and that was AMAZING and plenty of it, the lady serving us Carrie was a gem and nothing was too much trouble , we definitely will be back , thanks Karen Carrie and Jack,  my kids miss you all

Lovley hotel  lovley hosts . Very welcoming.   All covid rules followed Pefect room.  Vey clean  Coffee machine all essentails in there. Very good location. And pefect breakfast.   Would stay. again for sure.

Honestly hard to pick a favourite part of this B&B - the breakfast was just amazing, the rooms all in excellent condition, and the hosts were warm and accommodating throughout the entirety of the trip.

Better yet, the B&B was the shortest possible walk from all the attractions (including the pier), meaning exploring the area was made simple and stress-free.

Being completely revamped.  New owners who are such good fun and accommodating. 
Please book. Fantastic breakfast. Room spotlessly clean and if you let the owners know what you drink they will more than likely accommodate this for you

My Wife and I stayed here 26th and 27th October 2018 and were greeted with a very warm welcome from Christine and George who couldn't do enough for us.
Upon check in we pre ordered our breakfast, which I thought was a great Idea, and it was truly lovely food.

We were shown to our room (No3) on the top floor which was lovely and clean with everything we needed for our stay. Shower was the only downside as it was not at all powerful, but at least we had one.

The whole place was clean and fresh and the icing on the cake was Christine and George.

Thank you very much for having us guys and we will be trying out Christine's lovely poached eggs when we return.

Stayed here from Friday 6th October 2017 for 2 nights. The owners, Chris and George, made us feel very welcome and could not do enough for us.  The room was very clean and well equipped with colour tv and hot beverage tray. I asked if I could have fresh milk and this was not a problem. The breakfast was really nice...choice of yogurts, cereals, full english, toast, fresh orange juice, tea and coffee. The hotel is only about a 2 minute walk from the seafront and is very close to the theatre, park, funfair, and of course amusement arcades and fish n chips!!!! Totally recommend this hotel. Thank you once again Chris and George.

Great Place To Stay

Just returned from a wonderful family few days staying at the Beachlands. Six of us in total, age ranging from my mother at 79 years old to my granddaughter aged 5 and we were all catered for brilliantly. The enjoyable experience of being at the seaside was made even better by the welcome and hospitality of Christine and George. A great breakfast set us off for the day and we had a brilliant time and will definitely be going back. Thank you
