The hotel is in a great location and I got a front facing room with a great view. The rooms are pleasant, very roomy, welcoming owners. Fantastic breakfast. Asked if we needed anything. Would come back.  The bed is very comfy and good shower. Near all the shops

As always great hosts in Charlotte and Colin, very knowledgeable about the local area. Really comfortable rooms, very clean and well decorated. Hearty breakfast, offered more tea and toast. Can't thank them enough, look forward to our next visit.

Just spent a couple of nights at greystones. Colin and Charlotte, were great hosts. Lovely hotel, nice food. Great location. They were really helpful. Allowing me to continue using my room after checking out time. This was due to having to wait for breakdown recovery, of my car. 100% recommend. This will be my hotel of choice, when I next visit skeggness. 5 🌟 

This is an excellent place to stay. We was made very welcome by the hosts. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our room which had a double and a single bed was lovely and comfortable. Nice and clean with everything you need. The breakfast was delicious, nice and fresh with good quality ingredients and plenty of it.
The price was very reasonable with breakfast included.
The Hotel is right near the sea front with everything close by. Making it the ideal place to stay in Skegness.
I would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay again.

Once again a great weekend with Charlotte & Colin at Greystones, Skegness. Nothing is too much trouble for them, clean & tidy and breakfast to die for. Always asking if anything else required. Thanks for everything.

What a great find this Hotel is.Best bed.Large walk in shower.Seaview.Two minutes to beach.Spotlessly clean.Full English breakfast.They even did a Gluten free breakfast for my Wife.I will never stay anywhere else.Back again in September.

Stayed here with my husband. A lovely place with a great location right on the front. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast was good quality and nothing was too much trouble for Charlotte. The hotel was also very clean. Would definitely stay again. 

This hotel is not to be missed. Great hosts in Charlotte and Colin and their young boys. Room extremely clean, tidy and well looked after. Breakfasts are fab plenty of tea, toast and cereal, cooked breakfast to die for. Many thanks again for your hospitality and look forward to seeing you next year

This is our second visit to this lovely family run hotel and we plan to return next year.
It is literally2 minutes away from the clock tower and town centre. Rooms are clean,comfortable, spacious and the front rooms have a fantastic view over the sea and the pleasure beach. A good English breakfast is served in the morning with plenty of tea and toast if  you have the appetite !

Great stay at Greystones Hotel 

Great position for everything Skegness has to offer

Greystones is conveniently situated on the seafront about 50 yards from the clock tower. Charlotte and Colin assure you of a warm, friendly welcome. The hotel has 10 bedrooms situated on 3 floors. Our room, overlooking the sea front, had a really comfortable bed, flat screen tv with remote and tea and coffee making facilities. The en-suite bathroom had shower cubicle, wash basin and wc. There were toiletries and a hairdryer. A well cooked full english breakfast is included in the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning later in the year.NOTE: although there are ground floor rooms available, the breakfast room is one floor down from the ground floor. For those with mobility problems, a telephone call before booking may be a good idea.

Friendly, welcoming  small hotel

We spent a week at the hotel in 2 rooms on our holiday, it was fantastic.
Greystones is a lovely little hotel, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was bloomin lovely too! 
Colin and Charlotte are so friendly and cannot do enough for you, I even enquired if there were fans available and when we arrived there were already fans in our rooms. 
If you want to stay somewhere close to the town centre that’s clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced then Greystones is the place to go! 
Will definitely be returning!
