Lovely B&B easy walk into town. Our room had everything you could need for stay including a fridge, tea making facilities and some lovely home made cakes on arrival. The breakfast was great and the service by Hans was fantastic, so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area,

Friendly hosts and a warm welcome, free parking out front, very comfortable room and bed, spotlessly clean, handy location only five minutes walk to the sea front, cracking breakfast.
No reason to look for anywhere else when we're next staying in Seahouses.

What a brilliant place! Such a lovely house, full of interesting and pretty things and with a beautiful garden. Lots of thoughtful touches such as cake in your room when you arrive. Our very nice host, Hans, advised us on the best things to do in the area and all the insider tips.
Breakfast was very good and dairy-free milk was provided for me. Our hosts also very thoughtfully put dairy-free milk in our room.
One tiny recommendation might be to ditch the little soaps in favour of the bigger bottle of handwash - but both are provided so waste will be minimal.
We'll definitely stay here again.

Ugiebrae House was a very pleasant B&B and our family of five enjoyed our stay in three of the rooms. The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. Room provisions and facilities were good and this included a good shower, tea and coffee, strong wifi and a TV that was easy to view. The only downside was the quilt for our bed which was too thick for summer months. Breakfast in the conservatory was very good - there was lots of choice and our English cooked breakfasts was very tasty. Our host was friendly and informative throughout our stay and our (grown-up) children loved the dog, Dougal.

Great host who gave us a warm welcome and was happy to help in any way. A clean, spacious and comfortable room with all the amenities you could ever need, along with a nice big comfy bed and bath, plus  the best butterfly cakes we’ve tasted as a welcome gift. 
The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and  they were very happy to cater for the vegan in our party, including a little bottle of soy milk in the fridge in the room. 
Ideally positioned to enjoy all the area has to offer with parking for 3 vehicles on the property and ample street parking too.  Would definitely recommend

Warm and hospitable, well equipped, comfortable room with stocked fridge full of goodies and with yummy cake made by Claire on arrival. Breakfast was delicious and Hans was the perfect host - helpful and happy to advise on places to visit. Not forgetting the adorable Dougie dog who came to say goodbye! Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Had an amazing stay located In seahouses good central location booked the single room good size nice clean and had everything in the room that I needed breakfast was nice the whole experience was excellent and I would definitely consider staying again it’s one of the best B&B I have stayed in

We stayed as a couple for 2nights for my husband’s Birthday.. we experienced a comfy room, a lovely breakfast; & an attentive thoughtful host.
The home made cake in room upon arrival was a nice touch; room was lovely and clean and same with en-suite. We had a key so could come and go as we pleased..
Breakfast was lovely, pre ordered the night before and a great choice, plus yogurt and cereals and fruit from the serve yourself selection.  Would recommend.. Thank you Hans also for the thoughtful Happy Birthday decs too!

This b& b is absolutely fabulous… probably the best I’ve ever stayed at. The owners are lovely and very helpful in giving you information on ways to go to places , restaurants and bars. When we arrived we hade lovely cakes in the room. The room itself is well equipped… there is nothing you can want for. If we are here again… we’d definitely stay here !

Excellent stay here one of the best. Rooms lovely,breakfast delicious ,hosts charming and could not do enough. 
Location is a flat easy ten minute walk into Seahouses. 
A visit to the Farne Islands is a must.

The best b and b I’ve stayed at!

Fantastic little B&B , we stayed in the King Room which had both a shower and a roll top bath. The room was spotlessly clean and very roomy. Lovely little touches like the cake left for us upon arrival and fresh milk in the fridge for the supplied tea and coffee. Excellent cooked breakfasts with quality ingredients. Great location , 5 min walk into Seahouses and 10 minute drive to Bamburgh. Highly recommended.

Fantastic B&B

There is nothing missing in Hans' business model. He and Claire have created a BB, that would be hard to equal.
When you stay in most, if not all BB's, Hotels, there is always something that makes you say, "I could do better than that", or usually, "It was OK, but if the staff were trained a bit better.......".
I hope he never retires, as we will certainly return.

Simply the best.

Absolutely wonderful B&B. We walked into Room 1 and were taken aback by how nice it was. Then we looked in the bathroom to see a similarly sized room with an old fashioned standalone bathtub and a separate modern shower cubicle. The owners could not have been more hospitable. We sat in the beautiful private garden in the evening which was delightful. A 10 minute walk into town, Netflix available on the room TV and a lovely home-cooked breakfast was just perfect. Did I mention the bed? We recently bought a mattress which has 4,000 springs but the one in Ugiebrae was even more comfortable. I wish I'd asked what make it is :-) Would definitely recommend you stay here.
