this is the 2nd time myself an my wife have been, we stayed for 2 nights and we brought our 14 yr old son with us this time and all 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hotel is clean, the owners are so friendly who cant do enough for you and the breakfast was lovely, thank you so much for looking after us we cant wait to return

Me and my huaband checked into the parklane last saturday very helpful host sorted our room and parking out.  great hosts room really clean and loads of tea coffee and biscuits . Breakfast was great loads to eat . Stayed 7 nights had great service hosts were so friendly helped with any questions . Would go back if in scarborough.

What a gem, lovely hosts, clean room, real welcome and great parking info. Breakfast was really nice with full cooked or cereal options and lots of coffee or tea. Great location for North bay attractions. Rooms compact but plenty storage. Stayed Easter 2019.

This is our first visit to this nice b&b situated close to Peasholme Park. Our room was small but comfortable with an adequate shower. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was fresh and cooked to order. The location is ideal for exploring the lovely seaside town, a good ten minute walk into town longer if you take the coastal route. Public transport is good too. It is reasonably priced and the hosts are very nice and unintrusive. Would certainly recommend for a short break. 

Stayed here for one night on 10th November for my first visit to Scarborough.
We found this b&b in an excellent location near the beach front.
The staff, mother and daughter team, couldn't do enough.
Excellent value for money and great full English breakfast included in the price! (Although the better half was too ill from the night before to appreciate it!) Oops!

Stayed 2 nights at the Park Lane Hotel with friends Friday 16/08/2019 to 18/08/2019 .The Hotel is excellently located close to Peasholm Park and North Bay Scarborough..upon arrival at the hotel we were given keys to room numbers 5 and 6.both rooms are located at the front of the Hotel overlooking North Marine drive.Room 5 which was occupied by my 2 friends was a comfortable light airy room with 3 single beds a wardrobe and drawers.Neither of the rooms were ensuite.Upon opening the door to room 6,my room I was left aghast with horror.Never before have I seen such a small room.The room was approximately 6ft 6inches wide,11 to 12 feet long and approximately the same distance high which was the only bonus.There was no wardrobe just a set of 4 hooks on the side of the far wall with 4 coathangers.The bedroom furniture consisted of a small set of 3 drawers  and a single bed.which was very comfortable.The worst aspect of the room by far in my opinion was that the large sash window at the end of the room was incapable of being opened in anyway and there was no ventilation whatsoever.This made the room very hot and stuffy and,made me feel claustrophobic.The room in my opinion is not fit for purpose and should in reality only be used for storage..the cost of the room was overpriced at £42.50p per night .On a positive note the Hotel had a nice friendly ambience about it genial hosts and no rowdy guests and the breakfast we had each morning was nothing short of excellent.
