The flat/apartment had everything you need for a short stay. Nicely located with food and clothes shops close by. The hosts we're very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help.We'd definitely return to this accommodation again.

convenient to seafront and local park and town. Sharon was lovely and left a gift basket of goodies as a welcome which was very appreciated as we ere celebrating an anniversary. Great to have kitchen facility for breakfast and warming food at the end of a busy day out. Cosy and comfortable. Would stay here again

Communication great, met by our host Sharon who explained all we needed & left contact details should we need her. She also left a lovely welcome pack. Flat was clean & comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. Ideally situated for the Open Air Theatre & North Bay.We would be more that happy to return.

We stayed 2 nights beginning of Easter Holidays. Can't fault anything at all, the place is super clean, you have everything you need in your flat. The welcome pack was a pleasant surprise, even a bottle of prosecco in there too for the grown ups!!! Location is perfect, 7 mins walk to peasholm park North Bay, and a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Sharon the host was so welcoming & friendly. This will now be our 1st choice to stay when we visit Scarborough 😊 😃 

Great flat. Good size. Everything i needed was provided. The host was very helpful. Parking permits all sorted. Easy check in.

Just back from a four night stay at these lovely clean  flats with two 12 year old grandkids .
We good not fault the owner sharon very polite and welcoming. The grand kids loved it so much they want to go back.  The flats have everything you need for a self-catering holiday, comfy Beds and sofa and WiFi and tv were all great.
There was a unplanned fault while there and Ower Sharon kept us informed of what to do untill we left as act of nature are unpredictable and no one's fault.
The stay was so relaxing we planning to go back next year.
There plenty of restaurants near by Az Turkish restaurant,a Chinese and Indian tikka tikka restaurant,to name a few not far from water park sealife an seafront.over all lovely flats to stay in.Keep up the great work Sharon can't fault the flats and your caring nature of the flats.

We've stayed here over 15 years, in most of the flats.
Sharon is a hard working host,goes out of her way to make your stay homely.
The flats are always well equipped, clean with good facilities for cooking and showering.


Lovely place, very clean, everything you need for a pleasant stay, sharon explains everything you need, pointing out some lovely restaurants and a gorgeous chippy just down the road, also places to see and things to do. Flats are in an excellent location for exploring the area, you get a parking permit on arrival, so you can park outside. Lovely welcome basket is also waiting in ro on arrival
 If we were to return to this area, we would stay here again.

I am a little behind with my review  due to being away   so i am home now  this is a review is about  when i stayed at Chomley  Holiday Flats   end of April this year  How i found these flats was when i was walking down COLUMBUS  RAVINE . sharon  the owner  was out on the front  i spoke and said i was looking for somewhere  to stay in a few months time  she said she was the owner  and could show me around  as one of the flats had become empty I am so glad i went in to have a look , i stay no where else when i go to SCARBOROUGH  THEY ARE SPOTLESSLY CLEAN Every thing you need are in them towels are great  bedding is spotless bed  are comfortable  and the welcome pack you get when you arrive is beautiful   Yeah you might get some holiday makers  pulling it down  Snobs  i say if you dont like dont come back   I  Can not wait to go back in October  and for Sharon  she needs the A B C  award ( above and beond the call of duty  because if you need anything  she is there goes out of her way  and cant do enough for you

Lovely , fresh ,clean and homely.  Kitted out with every thing you need . Lovely location Presented on arrival with a food basket .We've stayed here 5 years in a row and we just love it . Sharon is a great hostess.

Day Trip in Scarborough

Great place to stay, central to all that Scarborough has to offer, everything was spotlessly clean, the host met me on arrival, explained  how all the facilities work in the flat. Overall I would defiantly stay here again, and the price is great would pay more in the future to return. Thankyou Chomley for making my stay in Scarborough special. See you again soon

Great place to stay

This place is what we needed and was hoping for. Sharon was so helpful and friendly, Sharon met us as planned at the front of chomley and made us feel at home instantly. Lots of advice and recommendations, the apartment was REALLY clean and full of everything you could ask for. The apartment is perfect for the open air theatre (15 minutes max). We even got a welcome pack of goodies in our apartment ( prosecco, crumpets, milk, haribos, snacks etc) The sea front is the same, lots of restaurants, takeaways, local shops (Tesco express 8 minutes). The apartments smell clean, look clean, the kitchen utensils are spot on, didn't feel we needed to clean the apartment before relaxing like some places we stayed at. The apartments are quiet, great location with quiet guests when we stayed, also have everything you need to feel at home. We Will definitely stay again and recommend Chomley apartments to our friends and family. 

Stay here, don't spend more as your wasting your money.

just got back from a very pleasant 3 night stay here, everything you need for a break at this lovely seaside resort.... flat contains all you need for a pleasant break and the added bonus of the 'welcome pack' made it more enjoyable.
Highly recommend.

short but pleasant break

We stayed in flat 3 on the first floor.   Great first impression and Sharon is very welcoming, friendly and shared her local knowledge with us providing ideas and suggestions for our weekend.
The flat was well presented and very clean.   Provision of all cleaning materials and towels went above and beyond any other self catering accommodation that I have ever stayed in.   Beds were comfy and soft furnishings of a high standard.
Lovely touch with the welcome basket, and the prosecco went down a treat.
We found the location to be good and it was only 10 mins into town or down to the sea.
Sharon provides guests with a parking permit, and even though we were there at a weekend we managed to get parked very near the flat.
