Stayed here on a short break to legoland with the kids. It is a small Premier inn just off a main road so maybe think ahead if you're a light sleeper. It has very good beefeater restaurant next door and all the staff are pleasant and seem like they genuinely want tomake you comfortable. It was close to halloween and the kids loved their decorations. 10/10 would come here again

friendly and easy

Arrived around 6pm. Check in was simple and straight forward. Room was clean and well equipped.

On entering the bar, there was an obvious shortage of staff, but those that served us were great.

Food took a while, but is was very good.

Breakfast staff were great and the breakfast was delicious.

Overall, a great stay.

Premier Inn, Sandhurst

We could not fault this Premier Inn. Everyone who works there is helpful and pleasant - nothing seemed too much trouble. We arrived very late evening of a blisteringly hot day to find a room with a fan on to help keep temperatures down. It was extremely very welcome. Our room was extremely clean and the bed was spotless. We had only booked for a one night stay but because of the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the Inn we ended up staying for three nights. The lady working in the Beefeater restaurant which was linked to the Inn was so sweet and helpful and even gave us some brilliant travel advice for getting about. This Premier Inn is brilliantly situated if you want a day out at Legoland or Windsor and of course central London is not far away.

Clean tidy, professional staff and excellent service from everyone.  Especially grateful to Magda and her team in the beefeater attached to the hotel.  Will definitely be back soon for more of the same

Nice hotel, great staff, clean rooms, nice dining room, great breakfast - unfortunately, the temperature in the bedrooms at this hotel is off the scale hot - too hot to sleep in. Yes, it was an August night, but it was cool outside, so I don't know where the heat was coming from. We had two extremely uncomfortable nights at this hotel because of the temperature. We spoke to Reception but there was nothing they could do for us except offer us a fan, which we already had. The second night we slept with the curtains open to hope for a breeze but no, just as hot and sticky as the previous night. Such a shame, as the location, amenities and staff were all excellent. Head Office, please take note - you are losing return business. We, and other members of our group will not stay there again unless we could be sure that we can cool the room down sufficiently to sleep in. 

Rooms too hot

Stayed in June in this hotel. It’s convenient and clean but too warm due to heat wave this June. The cold water is available at reception, also fans provided in rooms. Hotel team members were very helpful. I had to call reception as could not leave a child  in room and They brought us extra towels and sheets immediately. 

Friendly team

Family room, very cramped. Twins single beds were different lengths and one of the mattresses was rock hard. Temp was 30 degrees. No air con. Hardly slept. Had one fan which just moved warm air around. 

The hotel staff were amazing but the room's were so hot it was unbearable, we couldn't sleep as all we had was a fan which was just blowing warm air around.
For the money we paid we expected air conditioning.

Business Stay

Staff on reception was very rude and impatient with me and made me feel embarrassed in reception infront of other guests when I was working out what time my family booked breakfast so I could eat with them (don’t see them often) on the phone. People at the restaurant made no fuss at all even when the staff at the hotel wouldn’t let me book with them! 

Rude staff

I had made an error on my booking and made it for one day later than was needed.  The Inn was almost empty and it was 10pm.  The receptionist refused to move my booking from one day later to that night saying I had to cancel my booking and make a new booking.  A room that cost me £90 app to reserve in the first instance cost me a further £140 in a hotel that was almost empty.  It could have been moved and it would have been good customer service to move my booking.  But it wasn't done.  No more Premier Inn for me
