Clemenstone House B&B

Lovely room, perfects hosts, huge bathroom with bath and excellent shower, good breakfast. Can't fault it. However, beware the carpets as they are very pale so muddy boots and dogs need to be treated with care. They left a line of towels in the hall for us to walk across to the stairs which worked well for the dogs and we left our boots at the door. Lovely walk to Southerndown across the fields takes half an hour. Plenty of pubs iwithin a 10 minute drive. If you want to be in a village this is not for you but if you want a location which is quiet, pretty and not far from all the best spots, it's ideal
