Great location, friendly staff and a big and clean room. 
Located on the parade in the town centre it was walking distance to almost every place worth visiting in Leamington. A plus was that there was a coffee Nespresso machine in the room which was great for starting the day!

Great place

For those of us who are happy with no frills, who want a clean and inexpensive room with a good working shower, a comfortably firm bed, a kettle, pleasant and unobtrusive staff, and who choose to eat out, Travelodge is ideal. 
	The Royal Leamington Spa branch stands out in that, unlike many Travelodges, it is beautiful – housed in a fine Georgian building, which was constructed as an hotel in the early 1800s and lived on as the Regent Hotel for about 175 years until 1998. In keeping with its handsome exterior, the interior has retained some of its former grandeur, although there are signs of tiredness, and deserves to be cherished.
	Right on the Parade, and neighbouring the Town Hall, the hotel could not be more conveniently placed for the railway station, various sights, shops and restaurants. And the members of staff we encountered were polite and friendly; Roshan, the hotel manager, was particularly warm, welcoming and helpful.


Grand Hotel Leamington

This was an excellent location for meeting up with friends who live throughout uk.There were 10 of us who came from the north, the south, the east and the west. There was plenty to enjoy in Leamington Soa within easy walking distance and it was also an easy walk from the station 

Good location

Located on the parade, no where to unload luggage or park. 
Parking is all street parking and paid which was difficult as an overseas visitor with cards only.

Hotel room was large enough, heater worked very well.
Bed was rock hard and pillows like concrete blocks, had the worse nights sleep ever.
Shower was great, pressure amazing but no floor mat supplied and as a shower over a bath tricky to get in and out without slipping.
Tea and coffee supplies were good with kitkats.
 Wouldn’t choose here to stay again purely due to the parking and bed comfort.

Good location, shame bed was like a concrete block.

Enjoyed our time at Leamington during the long weekend such a beautiful town to visit and have fun we went to the boating centre near by where we had so much fun. Receptionist Sri helped us with the information about the places around. It would be perfect only if it had a car park.

Disgusting 
Carpets not cleaned, masses of dust. Big damp patch on ceiling. Hallway downstairs disgusting 

I have asthma and I was told cleaners wouldn’t be back until the next day, tried to make excuses for the damp on ceiling and completely ignored medical needs

Do not stay here!!!

Horrendous

The place is run down. The rooms are old and tired and not very clean. The room was over priced on the Saturday night we stayed. No cooked breakfast available. Quite frankly they are taking the mick for what they are charging.

Very low quality and high price. Avoid.

No shower gel in the dispenser on arrival...needed to ask next day for it to be filled as we were staying 2 nights. If only one night we would have had no shower gel for the stay.
Check out was meant to be at 12...didn't stop housekeeping strolling into our room at 11. Apologised and told us "they told me it was empty". 
Wanted to complain at reception but it's somehow closed at peak checkout time where you are meant to be collecting feedback from the customer...

Good location. Would not use again.

after having to pay £183 for one night ( which is just insane ) you would expect at the very least to have had a kettle that was fit for purpose. Also with that price i think a breakfast should have been included with the room.
Overall a poor standard of hotel and not somewhere i would return. The noise from inside the hotel and also outside kept me awake until early hours.
Will make me think twice about booking with travelodge again due to the standards i have seen in this hotel.

Overpriced for Poor Stay

Fun town to Stay, didn’t really do much, more of relaxed vibe, so it was easy to chill out. The hotel is currently having on going work, but the rooms are comfy, beds are big and spacious. Roshan was really great and helpful. Wonderful stay.
