After reading other reviews I am so surprised! We stayed here for one night while going to a wedding. Melanie was the best host we have ever had at a B&B stay, she is an amazing, interesting, kind woman and can’t fault her in any way. Other guests reviews I just don’t understand - the b&b is exactly as described, I think the other guests should have either read the description or gone for a hotel. Melanie called and text us prior to our arrival to cater for our individual needs - something other places wouldn’t do, was such a lovely personal touch. Her place is beautiful and everything has an interesting story behind it. I would 100% stay here again if ever back in Richmond. We LOVED Stripy the dog as well. Thank you so much for your hospitality and having us x
