803 reviewsThis was our first time travelling with Alfa Travel and staying at this hotel. First impressions of the hotel was very good and continued to the inside. The public areas were well maintained and plenty of seating in the large lounges. Reception staff were very pleasant and made us feel welcome. Our luggage was brought to our room within 10 mins of arrival. Our room was adequate and had everything we needed for our stay, including the walk in shower we had requested. The dining room was well laid out with enough room to pass between tables. The waiting staff were very pleasant and efficient with our food being served piping hot and within minutes of placing our order. We had the same waitress at each meal time which was good. The food was tasty and ample portion size. The hotel is only about a 5 minute walk from the tram stops which was good as we both have mobility issues. Our room was serviced every day, teas/coffee etc topped up, bed made, but clean towels if needed. Bed comfortable and pillows were the best hotel pillows we've ever had. We would certainly use this coach/travel company and hotel in the future.
