My husband and I celebrated our 50th anniversary with a three night stay at this lovely small hotel. Our room was spacious with a nice bathroom and shower. We had a spectacular view of the harbor and two mountain ranges from our window. A nice comfy chair to watch the sunset and sunrise was a great touch. The breakfast and dinner in the Chargrill Restaurant at the hotel were delicious. Please make reservations. We did and were very pleased to have them. Portree is a small town and gets busy. Eggs Benedict and steak with wild mushrooms were incredible. Our waiter Richard was very helpful and went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. We received a a card and gift to celebrate our anniversary that was so special and thoughtful. We had dinner one night at the restaurant of a sister hotel near the water. It was excellent too. We loved being able to walk to the town of Portree. It’s so charming, with cute little shops and a delicious bakery.
