I really enjoyed my stay, for the price I paid I could not have asked for better.

The staff are absolutely great here and are really happy to ensure your stay is as comfortable as can be. My room had everything I needed, including a smart TV. The WiFi and everything else worked as it should, and I'll be very happy to return to this quiet hotel at the western end of the beach, where you can take a comfortable beachside walk all the way down to the tea chalet at the foot of the cliffs

When we got there they upgraded us for no reason but i loved the rooms and the hotel

Parking isn't great, but, if you can find a space outsude the hotel, they can sell you a parking permit for a lot less than the cost at the machine...

Staff were super helpful.  Carried my suitcase to my room for me.  My room was very clean and the bedding and mattress really comfortable. The single bedroom I stayed in was a good size and the bathroom modern and also very clean

This hotel has been renovated and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable.  Lova on the front desk was very helpful and pleasant.  The dining room wasn’t open as that part of the hotel is still being renovated but will be ready soon.  The rates were very favorable and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The rooms was clean and functional. Everything worked and there were no issues with the bathroom. The only thing that let it down was the stained pillows. Staff were friendly as were the other guests. The Hotel is in a good location for the shopping centre, theatre and pubs. Beach is just 2 minutes walk and there are eating establishments close by, literally around the corner.

Good location in Eastbourne

I stayed for three nights to go sightseeing and hiking. The hotel is close to the beach and various restaurants, the train and bus stations are in way distance which is ideal. The staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed me to store my suitcase for a few hours after checkout. I would happily stay there again during my next visit.

We travelled with a baby, the room was spacious with plenty of room for a cot, buggy and luggage without being cramped. We were located out of the way from other rooms which we liked so we didnt disturbed other when baby cried. We found small issues with the room fittings. The curtains didnt close fully,The shower curtain was too short,Only one bedside table. Facilities provided were coffee, tea, sugar and cups but only one glass and no spoons. We stayed for two nights, a last minute booking, so for what we wanted this suited us fine for our stay. The location was spot on as we could park up for the weekend and everything was within walking distances i.e. beach, restaurants and town. Hotel also offered parking permits for cheaper daily parking which was great.

Apart from the mattress sounding like you were stepping on an elephant, the room was clean, modern and comfortable to stay in. You get a small body wash and shower gel product in the bathroom, but no hand soap, so bring your own. Bathroom was clean too.
