Seaview Guest House

I'm writing this review begrudgingly because selfishly I would like to book into this fantastic guest house whenever the feeling takes us but quite rightly it's an extremely popular place. We stayed over the Easter weekend arriving on the Thursday to be met on arrival by a very friendly gentleman (Rich) who welcomed us and showed us to our room on the top floor assisting with the carrying of our luggage. He was so friendly we immediately felt at home this was only improved upon when seeing our beautiful room and the amazing view from the balcony. The next morning we were fortunate enough to meet the Lady of the house Katie who was equally as friendly. These two certainly go the extra mile for their guests from the home baked cakes and cookies to the communal fridge on reception full of water and also being so kind as to facilitating an extremely early check-in for us to get our weekend celebration under way. I really cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful place and shall endeavour to book in here whenever we visit Eastbourne although having already looked I believe finding vacancies may be difficult and they thoroughly deserve to be fully booked all the time. The only issue for some may be the stairs but we certainly found the climb worth it and we can't wait to make a return visit.
