Had such a lovely stay! The location in incredible - right on the water - the room is en-suite with a massive, super comfy bed. The included breakfast was such good value for money - we had a massive full Cornish breakfast which set us up well for our hiking. And the staff are all so friendly and welcoming!

We were here for a tour of Cornwall and it was a perfect base for it.  The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good...made to order!  The pub was very nice to go to after a day of exploring with a good selection of beers and food.  There is a laundry only a few minutes from the hotel which was very handy as well!

We went from London to Cornwall on a 3 day road trip staying at Port Isaac and Fowey before reaching Perranporth, stayed at Seiners Arms for 1 night, NYE 2023/24, such friendly staff, so very helpful, and the food was amazing! Fantastic fillet steak and scallops cooked to perfection. Room was everything we needed, nice big comfy bed, huge bathroom, very modern, sea view from our window. The NYE party was a lot of fun, shout out to the DJ who totally knew what to play (great ska/reggae set & 90s dance set) hope to stay again next time we're in Cornwall, visit the Seiners Arms, you won't go wrong 👍

Huge thank you to all the staff who helped make mums 70th birthday celebration such a wonderful evening. For going above and beyond when the ordered cake didn’t arrive. Food was delicious and the staff very helpful 

We had a great stay the room was lovely and clean breakfast was good lots of choice. If you arrive early you are allowed to.park in car park as long as you let the pub know all staff were friendly and helpful definitely will be returning

Phil and I have been coming to Perranporth and staying at the Seiners for at least 16 years. For us its simply 'Lisa's place' ( Lisa & Dan) because its a gorgeous home from home experience. It feels like home when we arrive and everyone is so friendly. The rooms are spotless. We always book a sea view, which over looks Perranporth beach and the Watering hole. This time I cam for work and we immediately knew we would stay. The location is mesmerising, super kind staff. We just LOVE it here and will come for years to come!

Just had a lovely 4 night stay at the seiners arms . 
On our arrival we had a lovely welcome from the receptionist, Our ground floor sea view room was clean and Adequate for our short break . 
We had requested a fridge & it was no problem to having one put in our room . Lovely sitting outside over looking the sea & beach , 
Close to shops & pubs. 
We didn’t have the breakfast at seiners arms as it was too early for us in the mornings to have breakfast so can’t comment on their breakfast , but we did have an evening meal which was very nice . 
We were recommended the seiners arms & it didn’t disappoint. 

We don’t own a dog , but would like to add  seiners arms  beach & town ect are very dog friendly. Never seen so many dogs , they were everywhere you turn , but that didn’t bother us . 

Beautiful place to sit , relax & watch the sun go down .

Only little niggle on the seiners arms rooms was there wasn’t a full length mirror , & the small mirrors in the room are quite high up on wall & as we are not tall we could only just see in them , 
But other than that . 
Would highly recommend.

We went to Seiners for a lunch for the first time , my what a great experience from the greeting when we arrived right through to the end of the meal .
The food was amazing 4 of us had 4 different meals and they were all excellent.
The pub was warm and inviting and the waitress was really efficient and  I was sorry not to get her name . 
I would definitely recommend the Seiners for great food / service / and general ambiance, we will definitely be going back .

Nice relaxing winter break beautiful view plenty of food for breakfast and really chilled atmosphere, the lovely Irish lass behind the bar makes the best Irish coffee's ever 😀 laughing and joking fabulous host nothing to much bother 

Amazing staff , friendly atmosphere and very good food .. would visit again ..they treat the dogs as well as the guests and never to busy to attend to all your needs .
The Irish woman behind the bar was very friendly and welcoming . My food was of great quality and cooked to perfection . I think the cheifs do a amazing job in this industry and never get the credit they deserve.

Perfect Stay at The Seiners Arms

We have stayed here forever! Its not the Seiners, it's Lisa's place!

Great lunch

Friendly staff

Spent two nights here early February with our dog. Pub area warm and pleasant with a cosy feel. Our room was immaculate with a very good en suite with large walk in shower. The bed was large and to my pleasure not full of unwanted and unnecessary cushions and throws (pet hate of mine). Breakfast was good quality and nicely presented. We ate in on the Saturday night and I had the winter warmer mussels for £10, struggled to finish it as a very generous portion, husband enjoyed steak from the specials, tender and beautifully cooked. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The inn is literally at the beach. It was interesting that even though we stayed first weekend in February there was quite a few rooms booked as evidenced at breakfast. Based on our experience we would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent stay 

We got wed at this venue mid October cannot rave about the venue, staff, food and rooms enough! They have an incredible team, making our special day even more perfect. 
We knew they would pull out all the stops but the day really topped it all. 
The room set up was amazing and the food was another level!!!
The night before our family of a total of 27, all ate at in the restaurant and the food was perfect. The rooms were super clean and well equipped. Bonus was we had our dog with us so the dog friendly rooms were so welcome.
Lisa, Dan and their team team are so hard working and it isn’t a surprise their business is so successful!!! 
I cannot thank you guys enough! We absolutely love you❤️❤️❤️

The best place!!

We recently got married at the Seiners Arms and staff could not have been better. They were friendly, efficient, and accommodating. They went out of their way to help make our day special, and we cannot thank them or recommend them highly enough. The food served was great and excellent selection of drinks behind the bar too.
