Clean, comfy, spacious room as always. Really struck by kind, knowledgeable, professional, responsive service at breakfast to safeguard our daughter's dietary requirements - many thanks, Sean.

Amazing breakfast service

Booked an overnight stay here whilst visiting family. I booked a Premier Plus room and it was great. Located on the top floor, the room was very quiet. Very nicely decorated and the extra features make all the difference. Mini fridge, bedside usb ports, large walk in shower and more. It certainly was worth it to pay the small amount extra to upgrade. Everywhere was very clean. My only slight quibble was that the room became very hot and we couldn’t get the cool air to work properly other than that a brilliant stay.

Brilliant stay in a Premier Plus room.

Stayed 12/4 for two nights. Friendly check in from Silverlo. Room 511 large room spotless clean. Unfortunately a shower over bath but powerful. Very large premier inn, rooms all over a few buildings. Good location near park and ride for Oxford. No complaints all as expected. Had breakfast at beefeater again as expected, most beefeaters are dark and dated but did the job with a hearty breakfast. Happy to stay again.

As expected

Had 2 night here mid April, Check in was a miserable experience. staff obviously not very happy and it showed.   We were told we HAD to book for breakfast in the beefeater next door, this was NOT the case, as people were walking in of the street.
That was a poor experience too, tables filthy and uncleaned , very little choice and grossly overpriced. we ended up going to town for breakfast and dinner the next day.
The rooms were fine, clean and comfortable.
I probably would not go again and look for somewhere more cheerful.

Whilst a patron at the hotel, I was issued a Parking Charge by Horizon Parking who manage the parking for this hotel. I contacted Premier Inn and asked them to confirm to Horizon that the charge was a mistake, they were no help whatsoever telling me they have nothing to do with parking. And to appeal the parking charge. I followed their advice and appealed the parking charge following instruction on the Horizon website only to have it rejected, stating that I did not follow direction of the signage entering my registration on site! I wrote to the hotel asking them to assist with the matter explaining that I didnt realise I needed to do this or notice any signs stating that I needed to.  It is clearly just a mistake as I was a patron and would they liaise with Horizon confirming this and get the parking charge removed. I have heard nothing back from Premier Inn at all. I travel all over the country for work, but I will not be using another Premier Inn or recommend them to any business colleagues or friends!! 
I had  the same happen at a Ramada Hotel also in 2024  and it was dealt with without any problem at all. I think its disgusting that Premier inn will not just confirm that it is a genuine mistake and I am having to take time out of a very busy schedule to try and resolve the matter with Horizon, or just pay the parking charge which I feel is unjust but don't want the charges to escalate to a larger sum.

I'm a regular here, for work, and always feel welcome.  It's a standard Premier inn format but reliably good every time.
Special mentions go to Silva on reception and Shaun on the breakfast shift.  Both very calm and professional and go that extra step to make sure you have a good stay.

A comfortable stay in a good location.

The hotel was basic but comfortable, there was a shopping center including Tesco, next , sport direct…which could come Handy . It’s a little bit far if you come to one of the colleges in Oxford university, it could take about 40 minutes to get there 
But the hotel is very comfortable and not noisy at all and their is a free car bark

The hotel and attached Beefeater exceeded our expectations. The room was excellent, with everything we needed. A very comfy bed and quiet room ensured we had a good nights sleep. Facilities were great, with a really good shower and my wife loved the "dressing table" with illuminated mirror. Good choice of food for dinner and breakfast in the Beefeater and was fantastic value for money. Service provided by Lewis H was first class and he should be commended. A credit to the restaurant

So cleanliness....as health care professionals....this was possibly the dirtiest ever establishment we have ever had the misfortune of staying in....for a family event ...but do not EVER recommend.....filthy!!!!!!Same reported on arrival again next day.Nobody had even come near room.
Bathroom beyong filthy with dust so thick and pubic hairs everywhere.
Have filled out feedback forms and sent emails, tried their phone-in and gave up after 40 minutes on hold being told "We'll be with yoi in a tick "
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!And customer service is non existent!!!!!.

The main reason for booking a Premier Inn over other hotels was the hope of a good nights sleep, however both evenings the room next to me had the TV on until around 2/3am. As the room I was staying in had a shared door to this room it was very loud and the noise seemed to just seep through the door. When the neighbour above was also awake early around 5.30am this meant very little sleep was possible. Both nights I searched for the night manager but couldn't find one and I also reported the issue to the front desk on the morning after my first nights stay but it seems no action was taken.
