One of the best hostels I have stayed in! I was able to leave my bag before check-in to explore the area. The room I had was in the separate building on the ground floor. This was super clean and the water pressure from the shower was perfect!

Excellent location right in the heart of the city centre. Kind and friendly staff. I will definitely book again next time I'm in the area.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Great design, lovely staff and comfy beds. If I had to be picky,  we didn't like the fact we had to walk down a corridor to use the toilet and shower. 
But we had a great stay. Fantastic location into the city centre.

Perfect location for rock city and main drinking area. 10 min to station or tram near by. Pound shop almost next door for snacks and drinks

Only downside was three flights of stairs with a suitcase
Courtyard really quieter than expected considering  just off main drag

Was alittle sceptical at first but my was I shocked. Beautifully clean rooms and toilet and shower( we had an ensuite)  fab mattress on the bed  slept like a baby. Beautiful bright yowels  no noise ftom anywhere( might hsve been something to do with the slcohol :-) )Reception people were so helpful, kind. It certainly was a great find and a 2 minute walk to the venue we were going to. 😀 

Very comfortable double ensuite - and a decent price (at least for the city centre on a Saturday night).  Friendly staff and a nice lounge and kitchen area downstairs.    The location is right in the centre with lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby, and about 10 mins walk to Rock City.

Have not been in a youth hostel for 28 years and my god - this was palatial compared to my youth! 
Wonderful city centre location with a warm atmosphere, very good beds and bedding and an impressive kitchen. 
The staff were friendly and welcoming and had a great stay. 

Me and my friends had a fantastic time here. Staff were great,also a good taste in music (Heavy Metal) when we retrieved our luggage. Room was a good size considering there was 5 people in the group,we weren’t cramped in like a box because there was plenty of space. The shares bathroom was always clean and tidy,the kitchen is well equipped and you have everything you need across the road. We had travelled from Newcastle and luckily our room was available straight away so lots of praise to the staff who said we could get to our rooms when the place opened. Fantastic customer service all round.

I came to Nottingham alone and found Igloo really good for people on their ones - the room was exactly what I needed (comfy bed and a clean communal bathroom and kitchen!) and was very close to amenities. The staff are very friendly and my room was away from the road so was very quiet. This is a bargain given the locality to the centre!

Stayed here for my first time in a hostel last night & was so pleasantly surprised !! 
We struggled to find the building as the signs aren’t very clear and we had to park for £15 at the Victoria Centre as we couldn’t find any available car park spaces but once we’d parked up & checked in we had no further problems. 

The staff were really friendly & helpful when showing us to our room; we were staying in the rooms across & up the road from reception as a group of 4.

The room was for 5 people but we were lucky enough that it only had us staying in it. It was pretty spacious, clean & tidy (although cold) but they provide you with a working heater so that’s no problem! Beds are comfy enough and we didn’t have a problem with any noise throughout our stay as I assume the walls are pretty thick seeing as our group were loud enough and we didn’t receive any noise complaints. 

Bathroom was clean & tidy !! None of us had a problem with using it whenever we needed even though we were sharing it with a few other groups on our floor.

I’d stay here again in the future :) 

Clean and modern room with a comfy bed and clean shared bathroom. Fab value for money. A bit noisy early morning because of the location on the main road but the price makes up for it. I recommend staying here.
