Was served for our evening meal by Shazeen, who was most helpful and gave us a 5 star service, letting us know what options were available, very attentive and happy to help with a smile. 
I regularly visit via Nottingham Marina and a warm welcome makes the stay much nicer!

I stayed here for one night, while being away for work. I had calamari and steak it was lovely. The highlight of my stay was being served in the resteraunt by a beautiful young lady called Shazeen, her service was top notch and chatty and had a lovely smile while serving us. Will be back again.

Shazeen and the team were great as always, make you feel welcome and valued.

I am always made to feel welcome and as a regular guest they know my name and can predict what I may want to order.

Always a smile to greet you, people make the difference.

It was very busy when we arrived and the check in host Scott was really polite and helpful. I observed him assisting a very stressed and aggressive guest. He was calm, kind, helpful and gently spoken. He solved all her reservation questions. I had forgotten to inform Premier Inn about my needing the sofa bed being made up in our family room. Scott made up the bed so when we came back in from being out, everything was done and we had a comfortable night. My only issue was the window hardly opening so the room was quite stuffy although we were provided with a great fan. This didn’t ruin our stay in any way.

Booked up last minuet as was in Nottingham for a wedding when my baby boy ended up in hospital. And needed somewhere quick and close to queens medical. The staff were great and so helpful made everything so easy. Needed to extend my stay showed and explained the best way to do this and managed to keep my same room. Gave a listening ear to the problems we were having and just gave an around amazing experience. Will Deffinatly be saving this hotels details for when up this way again.

Location was great for city, caves and castle. The marina was interesting too and I slept well as it was very quiet, even on the ground floor. I had an accessible room without even asking. It was great because it had a wet room.

The premier inn I visited recently provided me with the most exceptional experience! The hospitality was outstanding. Upon arrival at the reception, I engaged in a pleasant conversation with the friendly staff member, Aleena again. It was a delightful surprise to discover complimentary snacks on the counter, a considerate gesture. The room was cozy and inviting. Although the food at the restaurant was satisfactory, the service did not quite meet the premier inn's usual standards. Afterward, I enjoyed a leisurely walk along the canal.

Lovely Premier Inn. Always use Premier Inn when going away. Lovely location and easy to get to. Food in the Beefeater was great and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and use again if we are up this way again.

We would to thank Scott, and colleague Eleanor? very much for their help and great personal service during a recent stay. For example they tried to find a way to allow us to stay in the same room for more than one night when we had had to make 4 separate bookings for 4 nights in different rooms as our booking was fairly last minute. With their help and their other colleague on reception who was also v nice, Eleanor showed us who to call andarranged it so we kept the same room for two of the four nights, which was great.
Scott and colleague were v friendly and welcoming when we arrived, which is always appreciated when arriving after a long drive being tired etc, Scott was also great throughout our stay, checking we had all we needed, and on departure.
Staff were also friendly in the Brewers Fayre restaurant, The only downside was that the usually good PremierInn cooked breakfast was not at all good that day. they forgot several items ordered, mushrooms etc were undercooked, so we decided not to eat there again,which we otherwise would have done. Thanks
