The team are really friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location for the Arena. Its also very handy for the business I was visiting, so a bonus for me. They do not currently have the Premier Plus rooms, so that addition would be great as I stay here at least once a month. I cannot fault the hotel but the parking at £15 a day is expensive.

I know I can rely on Premier Inns for an excellent night's sleep: so comfortable, I sink into the mattress and pillows and almost fall asleep before I have 'snuggled-down'.
Extremely comfortable in every way and made to feel really welcome.

Excellent service - room clean - everything you would expect and the breakfast and dinner was delicious and served with a smile. Could not fault anything. I needed a room for one night that included dinner and breakfast and this was bang on price and would happily stay there agin.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the cot was in a good condition as well! It was very quiet and the staff were lovely and very helpful!  A great place to stay. There was also lots of parking

Second time at the hotel and a great experience, really well looked after despite my continuous questions, huge thanks to Lorraine who was there for my first visit and kept the team going that night, but I have to give a huge shout out to Michelle for her smiley service from start to finish (27th-28th Nov)…..Best smile this side of anywhere….Hotel work is not an easy life but between Michell & Lorraine, my stay was excellent! despite 30yrs of travelling week to week and hotel stays, I don’t say that often. Every question answered and cheerfully!

What a great stay me and my colleagues had, the rooms were brilliant, the food genuinely delicious at breakfast and the staff incredibly helpful, especially Kyra who was nothing but golden to us the entire stay!

I was extremely impressed by my stay here. It far exceeded my expectations. Start to finish, the service was phenomenal. Helen went above and beyond. As the room was cold, she got us a portable heater which was adequate. She also saved us money on parking. We went for the meal deal. The dinner deal was excellent standard. They even saved us eggs for brekki and was lovely. Will definitely be back again. 

We go to concerts at the arena fairly regularly and we always choose to stay here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Donovan, who checked us in this time, was lovely.  Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great. Will be back!

Stayed here due to its close proximity to Motorpoint Arena.  We were on the first floor in room 112 which was next to a main road, so therefore, a little noisy.   If staying here again I would request a higher floor.  Meals were good, took advantage of the meal deal.  Staff were both courteous and friendly, especially Kelly and Helen.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish, location is great, less than a 10 minute walk to town and the train station. We could check-in early, which was great. The lady who checked us in was lovely and full of personality. Lee was finishing his shift when we checked in, but was really chatty and friendly and asking us what we were upto in Nottingham and then when he checked us out the next day, he was super friendly and asking us how the gig was and how our stay was. Lee's customer service is amazing, he is warm and friendly and natural, give this guy a payrise, he is an asset to your company. The room was big and really clean, needs a new mattress in room 404 it's totally gone and way too soft and springs poking out, that's the only bad thing, get a new mattress in the room and it's all perfect. Will stay here again and recommend to everyone. Normally stay at jurys across the road, but this was half the price. I was not disappointed with my stay here and just as goodd as the jurys.
