We had a really comfortable stay, very clean & quiet great communication with the owner. Parking on site too.
We had to cancel one of our evenings stay & it was dealt with quickly.Looking forward to staying again x 

A great guest house 

Stayed here for one night after watching the cricket in Nottingham. We arranged a late check in by email which was no problem at all. We received a warm welcome from Kevin who showed us to our rooms and made sure we were happy with everything. We were very happy - lovely clean rooms with everything we needed and a few nice little touches too. Each room had a fridge too which was great, all hotels should have them I think. Great value for money. We would definitely stay again.

Great!

This place is a gem!  We stayed here whilst visiting family in the area. The room had great facilities, was incredibly clean and was very quiet. We had a lovely night’s sleep. We will definitely stay here again.

A fabulous place to stay!

We accidentally ended up here following our Sat Nav to Grove Cottage (which is 15 minutes away in Ilkeston). We pulled onto the drive while we phoned Grove Cottage for directions. In the 5 minutes that we were there, the owner pulled up and blocked us on his drive. He wouldn't listen to us about being lost and trying to find a place of a similar name. He took photos of our car and threatened to phone the police. I was sat in the car with our toddler while my partner tried to explain over and over. The owner was aggressive and rude towards a family who had made a genuine mistake in directions. I can't imagine a stay here would be hospitable when the owner is so reluctant to show kindness.

We were lost

Stayed for just one night while attending Splendor festival. 
Nice and clean , Pleasant stay , everything we needed in the room . Fridge a big bonus .  
Thankyou for being so welcoming Kevin and helping us out with Directions and transport options to the festival. Will definitely come back if we decide to go again . :)

Overnight Stay for Splendour festival

We needed to stay overnight in Nottingham in order to move our daughter from one house let to another and were so glad that we found Grove Guest House in Beeston to stay.  I believe it opened in October 2018.   The rooms are immaculately clean, comfortable and decorated nicely.  Its perfectly located not far from Beeston railway station, 2/3 minutes walk to the Victoria Pub and a Co-op supermarket again only a few minutes walk.  They had on drive parking which was free for up to 4 or 5 vehicles.  We really enjoyed our stay, the owner's Father, Kevin, looked after us very well, very friendly and efficient.  Breakfast is not served here so we bought cereal and fruit with us, there is a little fridge to put milk in or whatever you want.to. I believe that the Victoria pub serve breakfast (open from 10.30 a.m.) every day apart from Sunday.  Would definitely stay at this Guest House again.

Lovely Guest House

The Grove was just what we were looking for. Very clean with friendly welcome from the owner Gareth. Quiet location and with the comfortable bed we got a good nights sleep. As we never eat breakfast at a B&B the small fridge and microwave in the room allowed us to do our own thing. Would definitely recommend this guest house

Nottingham city break

Clean white rooms with great facilities for a short stay.  It has downstairs for elderly & disabled. The rooms have showers, TV, coffee making facilities, a Co-op around the corner for snacks. There is free off-road parking. Great place!

Short Stay

Accommodation only guest house (no breakfast) that is ideal for a stop over (small kitchenette available for food prep if you wish).  Stayed with work and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation.  The reviews here are all Very Good or Excellent - I wholeheartedly endorse and support these views - spot on.  Efficient, welcoming, friendly alongside immaculate en suite room.  Wood definitely stay again.
