The Green House B&B

Visited the area for wedding this weekend and spent three days at the Green House.  From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome and at ease.  The B&B has been beautifully decorated and each room has a style that makes you think that owners care for detail and their guests.   Gary and Angela are great hosts, good cooks, and will even let you borrow an iron if you realise shirt a tad creased! Breakfast was spot on and I wish the owners well in the future as they have a really splendid B&B.

Enjoyed 2 nights in the deluxe room at the Green House.  We couldn’t fault it.  It was spotlessly clean  the bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was to a high standard.  The hosts were really friendly and welcoming, they couldn’t do enough for us.

Really lovely breakfast and rooms, really helpful hosts with suggestions on what to do in the area. Loved sitting in the reception/bar area or their garden. Had everything you might need, would definitely recommend !

We stayed here for two nights. Our hosts Angela and Gary were brilliant - helpful, friendly and really welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and there is plenty of choice at breakfast time. The food is awesome! Thanks so much for a great stay. Would love to come again!

Just had 2 nights stay at The Green House. They say first impressions count. Well they certainly did. Angela and Gary were so welcoming and throughout the weekend they didn’t fail to disappoint. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and the breakfast was so nice. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Green House to family and friends. If 6 stars were available then Angela and Gary would certainly have got them from us. Thanks for a great weekend.

Weekend visit 4th & 5th March. The Green House is in a lovely location, within easy access to the coast and plenty of places to eat. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome from the friendly hosts  Gary and Angela, who offered us a hot drink and gave us a guided tour of the historic building which was amazing. Everything is immaculately clean. Our room was lovely,  ensuite was spacious and well equipped with good quality toiletries,  white towels,  dressing gowns and slippers.  There is a well stocked bar in a comfy lounge area. The breakfast menu had lots of choices which were well cooked, Everything was delicious.  When we are in the area again this will be our first choice of a place to stay.

Our hosts Angela & Gary greeted us with the phrase “our home is your home”. This rang true throughout our  stay. A very well kept beautiful property offering everything required for a peaceful break. The breakfast was fantastic & cooked to order. Nothing was too much trouble and their suggestions for local attractions led to an outstanding break. Home from home and exceptional hosts. Thank you for sharing your home with us Angela & Gary and see you soon.

Just returned from a 2 night stay, the house is beautiful, the room we stayed in was exceptionally comfortable, faced on to the road but no road noise at all. Gary and Angela are lovely hosts and Gary’s breakfast was delicious. 
It was nice to be able to get a drink to retire to the room with, so many little touches make this a place we will definitely return to.

I stayed for two nights for a friends wedding. My room was clean, very comfy and spacious with beautiful character. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay and the breakfast they offered were all excellent.

A really delightful B&B and one I would happily stay at again in the future.

This is a wonderful venue. The hosts are extremely attentive but not intrusive. Superb breakfast with all options covered. Our room was ultra clean and well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.  My wife and I can not recommend The Green House highly enough.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful B&B

Stayed at the Green House for two nights while house hunting in North Norfolk, Gary and Angela were the perfct hosts making us fell very welcome in what is their home. A breakfast that will set you up for the day and a comfortable bed to return to in the evening. These guys know hospitality, you wont be disappointed.

Perfect Hosts

Had a fab 2 night stay. It was in a great location near to all the main locations for North Norfolk. 
Our room was lovely very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our full English which kept you going for the day.
We didn't use the bar service but it was there as an extra if you fancied a drink before bed.
I would recommend if you wanted a high class B&B stay. It was very Covid-19 stay and felt very safe.
Your hosts make you feel welcome. Waiting for Gary to start providing an evening meal and we will be back.


Just Brilliant 

We returned last week from the most wonderful 5 night stay at The Green House. Upon arrival, we were given the warmest welcome by Gary & Angela who settled us in with a drink of tea in the guest lounge. First impressions really do count & set the tone for the rest of our stay.
Our room was lovely, spacious & so comfortable. Tea, coffee, milk, water ( & the fab biscuits) were replenished every day.
There was an excellent choice for breakfast each day & the option of choosing a time at which to have breakfast, was a great idea we thought. 
Everything about The Green House is of a very high standard & we have already recommended it to several of our friends. The main reason we enjoyed our stay so much though was down to the owners, Gary & Angela. They were both so friendly, welcoming & seemed genuinely pleased to have us as their guests. We came away feeling totally relaxed & refreshed with our only regret being that we hadn’t made time to sample some of the wide range of drinks available at the bar in the guest lounge!
We will definitely be rebooking in the not too distant future.

A wonderful place!

Have just come back from a 3 night stay here.  What a beautuful place run by a beautiful couple - Gary & Angela.  They are so friendly and helpful.  The B & B is gorgeous and kept immaculate.  Every detail is thought about.  The breakfasts are amazing. We didn't have the weather to sit in the garden but we will go back next year and hopefully we will get to explore that.  Thank you.
