We stayed here as a family of five to watch the match and visit family.  The apartment we stayed in was a three bedroom and was so spacious with everything you can think of that you might need.  It was spotless and the beds were really comfortable.  The communication  was brilliant with great instructions to check in.   We will definitely stay here again.  The only tiny and I mean tiny thing that if it could be looked at is if the key fob for the parking could be left somewhere at the car park , as then you can leave straight away without having to come back to drop the fob off.  But a brilliant stay and look forward to coming back soon.

Brilliant Stay

We’ve been staying at Grey Street Apartments once or twice a year for over 3 years, basically every time we visit Newcastle. The apartments are all renovated, nicely decorated, clean, with fully functional kitchens and reliable wifi. The hosts are an absolute pleasure to deal with- very responsive and friendly.  Self-check-in is extremely convenient. The location is amazing - right in the town center- just steps away from the metro and a supermarket. It really feels like a home away from home. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Feels like a home away from home

Have stayed many times at the Grey Street apartments. This was the first time in the 2 Bedroom option. Fantastic.  The lounge / living area is very comfortable and has a small outdoor seating area above the Arcade. Both bedrooms and bathrooms well appointed and spacious.  Kitchen fully fitted with plenty of cups / glasses / cooking utensils etc. Washing machine a must for our needs. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Great Newcastle CBD Accommodation

The apartment was immaculate, clean to an extremely great standard given COVID situation and had all the modern amenities of a great staycation. Michael was extremely helpful right from booking to check in and helped us all along to make it a lovely vacation for us. The location was right next to Greys monument and in the heart of the city making it easy to dine out as well as go to the quayside on a long day and unwind by the river. Overall it was a wonderful experience..

Great experience for a family stay (home away from home)

93A Grey street is a perfect place to stay in Newcastle upon Tyne. It’s right in the heart of the city and shops restaurants and clubs are all within walking distance. 

The accommodation is very well appointed, spacious, extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean. 

Michael the host went to great trouble to provide advice and explain everything, he was always available for any query. 

Would definitely stay again next time in Newcastle and highly recommend for family or friends!!

Great Newcastle accommodation

Stayed here for initially two nights which we extended to four. It is without doubt a fabulous place to stay, location, cleanliness, standard of fixtures and fittings were first class. I would highly recommend these apartments , absolutely wonderful and a big thank you to Michael.

Have stayed in the apartments several times over the past half dozen years and they never fail to deliver. The apartments are spotless and very well maintained and furnished. Last year spoke with Michael about the beds getting a bit soft - he replaced then all in the various apartments (we have stayed in 2 of them each several times) . Can not fault location, apartment or service provided by the Rea Family.

2019 return to home City

The view overlooking the city centre from this fabulous apartment is a constant stream of entertainment. 
Take a front seat and watch as the city parties below. 
And as the insulation is so good - you don’t hear a thing!
Beautifully equipped and perfectly clean with great attention to detail in every room. 
Michael is a genial host who clearly loves his apartment, his city and his guests.

The best show in town!

We arrived a little bit late and we found one of the crew outside waiting for us and helped us with the luggage,  Outstanding staff cooperation,  we stayed at a large 2 bedroom apartment it was excellent . Best location in Newcastle . 
Love to stay there again and again..

This was my second visit to 93a Grey Street. I knew exactly what I was coming to and my friends who came with me were as impressed as I was the first time I booked. It's an excellent place to stay in a brilliant central location. I would highly recommend this beautiful clean apartment. Whenever I am visiting Newcastle this will always be my first choice of accommodation if it is available.
