A perfect location for two nights for a family wedding no more than 15 minutes away. 
Absolutely charming and perfect host, extremely helpful. An awesome breakfast both mornings. 
Very clean and very comfortable. 
We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay.  Sue was a lovely host, warm and welcoming.  The breakfast was delicious and with wonderful hot pot of tea.  Location was brilliant for the event we were attending at the show ground.  Thank you, Sue!  See you next year.

Had a one night stay here and everything was bsng on perfect,,,,,,,, room was clean and lovely,,,, bed was comfortably,,,,,, shower worked perfectly and was easy to use,,,,, nice selection of condiments a d telly was big enough for me

Every time I’m working in the Newark or Notting area, I will always try to stay here, The hostess Sue is fantastic, very helpful and the breakfast is lovely.
Rooms are comfortable and clean and the WiFi is excellent, and once the pub opens next door it’ll be perfect.

Work booked me in this lovely B and B, after weeks of staying in a Travelodge, it was great to have a personal touch.

From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and appreciated. The room was fine the bed fantastic and I had 3 great nights sleep.The shower was hot and powerful, not like the hit and miss weak showers you can sometimes get when staying away.

Wifi worked a treat for me too.

The breakfast on the morning was an absolute delight, fruit, cereal, toast, orange juice, coffee and a full english - everything was quality.

I cannot praise highly enough.

I will be staying again, when I am in a 15m radius.

I had 1 meal in the pub next door - Fish and Chips - I'd give it a solid 6

This is a great value B&B within easy reach of Newark. We enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast, a tidy good sized room with shower and TV and coffee making facilities. Located within a few steps of the pub next door. Easy parking .

We stayed here for two nights because it's near (about 10 minutes by car) Newark Showground. The owner, Sue, is very welcoming and made us feel at home immediately. She arranged a reservation for us in the very good pub next door, because it was supposed to get busy. The room is nice and very clean, the only thing I didn't like that much is that there are no windows but there's only a skylight, which made me feel a bit "enclosed" at first. But it is possible to open it for fresh air and when the weather is good, you can sit outside at the terrace so "problem" solved. Super breakfast in the morning. We would certainly come again.

I stayed here just one night on business, I was the only resident on the night. My reception was very friendly and my room was very comfortable. The room had a very large, comfortable, bed and a nice big radiator, which was very welcome on the night I stayed. The shower was excellent, powerful and hot. Willow Tree Cottages are a short drive from Newark and a car is necessary. Food is available at the pub next door or plenty of outlets in Newark. Breakfast was very good with a full English, juice and coffee and all well prepared.
I would certainly recommend Willow Tree Cottages.

Lovely location, great parking, nice enough room/cabin with own front door although my room only had a skylight so no window to open. Wifi excellent and good facilities. Pub just through the gate and totally recommended, locals are lovely and very welcoming. No light at the back which made it a bit tricky finding your own door but generally very good. I didn't have time for breakfast but cracking smell coming from the kitchen. Would stay again.
