Not only does this BnB offer a restful stay in clean, spacious and beautiful rooms, the hosts, Mary and Paul Chaplin, are lovely hosts. Breakfast is made to order and includes a selection of fresh, local produce. We felt lucky to get the opportunity to stay in one of the two rooms available and hope to visit again soon.

Very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely B&B. Lovely big room with a very comfortable bed. Mary and Paul were very hospitable. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic,  probably the nicest breakfast I've had in a B&B or hotel. Would definitely recommend this B&B. 

Fantastic accommodation with brilliant hosts in Paul & Mary.  We had an immaculate room with loads of space.  Amazing breakfast with great variety, so much food you would require lunch :-))  If you get a chance to stay here, jump at it you won't be disappointed. 

We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Nairn.

We stayed over night at Nairn classics bed and breakfast would highly recommended it room very large ,clean many extras you won't expected in bed breakfast host man and wife were lovely people and very chatty breakfast exceptional would def go back if was going back through that way 

Nice owners, very large and comfortable room and bed, good position close to both the beach and the centre of Nairn while being perfectly quiet.
Honestly we opted for Nairn as it is close to Inverness and any reasonable location there was already booked, but after our trip and having visited Inverness I must say that Nairn is a much better location than Inverness to stay and to visit Loch Ness and its nice surroundings. Both restaurants we've been to in Nairn were very good and at walking distance.
Parking couldn't be better as we could leave the car at a handful of steps from the B&B entrance.
Breakfast at the B&B was average and with no specific options for vegetarians (e.g. no vegetarian sausages), although management replied to my first review on another website mentioning that they can provide vegetarian sausages if asked (for completeness, I had called out the fact that my wife is vegetarian when booking over a month in advance and the only reply was a picture of the standard options that can be selected, which do not include vegetarian sausages; as a matter of fact, this one has been the only B&B without vegetarian sausages among the 6 B&B that we visited during those holidays).
Service verged towards an excessive respect of privacy, to see the glass half full, as we were asked if we wanted our coffee cups washed and the bed had been left untouched when we got back to the room. Management, again replying to my other review, confirmed that they pay attention to privacy and customers staying more than two nights are asked if they want to have their bed done.
