We booked two, two bedroom apartments to celebrate my aunties 60th birthday. All I can say is ‘wow’! The customer service was great - they managed to change the room bookings so that both flats were in the Ruby Building - thank you Marcia for being so accommodating we really appreciate it! The flats were clean and beautifully decorated. There is a main bedroom with an en-suite, then another bedroom, a dining area with a kitchen and then another bathroom. Plus a balcony! There was lots of space. The kitchen was equipped with lots of cutlery and pans etc. Bedsheets and towels were provided and clean. Excellent location - Sainsbury’s is around the corner, the city centre is a short walk away and there are some lovely restaurants within 5 mins away. Overall a lovely stay!! We can’t wait to come and stay again! In fact we prefer to stay here than a hotel now!
