I booked last minute when I had an unexpected invite to meet an F1 driver at the British Grand Prix.   They could not have been more helpful and even arranged taxis for me so I could drop my car and get into the circuit efficiently. Nothing seemed too much trouble.  The room and bathroom were great as was the breakfast . I have no hesitation in recommending this place and was interested to see a celebrity also staying here .

We had stayed here last year and this visit was just as delightful. As we drove around to the back of the restored old farmhouse a sense of tranquility swept over us. We could hear the birds singing and the wind in the trees - and nothing else. That has such a calming effect, being in a small village in the heart of the countryside. Stephen and Annette were welcoming and made time to chat with us, and showed us to our room. As the last few nights had been quiet nippy there they gave us an electric heater but we never needed it - the thick old stone walls held the temperature up for our four night stay. 
The breakfasts were special with locally sourced ingredients and some of their homemade jams. Nothing was too much trouble and we chose a different combination each day. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others. 
If you like Indian food you have to look no further than next door. Otherwise a short 8 minute drive through the countryside past cattle and sheep grazing brings you to Stony Stratford with its many restaurants and takeaways. We particularly liked the Chinese restaurant, very friendly and welcoming.
A little further away is Bletchley Park, the place of the WW2 code-breakers. It would take 2-3 days to see everything there, and don’t miss The National Museum of Computing where you can see the Bombe and the Colossus machines/computers being demonstrated. They managed to explain the concepts very well.

It was a really great stay and the hosts were really friendly and couldn't have done more to make sure we had a relaxing stay. The cooked breakfast was exceptional and the facilities in the room were really good! We'd highly recommend Home Farm Bed and Breakfast for a quiet and relaxing break.

Superb B&B. Quiet location, immaculate accommodation and lovely hosts who care about their guests.  Very comfy bed. I had to leave very early so couldn’t stay for the lovely breakfast this time … so Steven left facilities for me to self serve toast.  Very accommodating and much appreciated

My wife and I stayed for two nights with Nick and Tim and it was a wonderful stay. The farmhouse is a beautiful, quaint slice of old England from its roadside appeal via a small ford to well furnished, clean and comfortable rooms. Nick and Tim make you very welcome and are always willing to help you. The breakfast is superb from continental to a fantastic full English. We stayed here as a convenient location to visit Bletchley Park the WW2 code breaking station. Highly recommended and we will stay there again next time we are in the area.

Charming country B &B just south west of Milton Keynes. Very clean, good facilities and excellent breakfast. Hot water in a powerful shower. A kettle with rea / coffee making facilities, a fridge and a TV complete your facilities. Plenty of storage space and lots of clothes hangers so you don't need to take any.
Outside there is decent car parking and EV charging as required.
Only 10mins to Stony Stratford, a charming old fashioned town with over 15 eateries of varying types.

We enjoyed a fantastic overnight stay at Home Farm B&B. Set in a picturesque village, not far from Milton Keynes. Greeted with a coffee and home made cake, staying in room 1. The building is incredible and has been kept with many original charms. Our room was very comfortable, light and well furnished. 

We couldn’t have asked for any more and our hosts exceeded our expectations, breakfast was lovely with a great deal of extra options alongside the full English.

We made use of the Mogli Indian restaurant which is literally at the end of the path, highly recommend this restaurant. 

Great stay with a great couple running a well oiled machine.

Very friendly and welcoming owners, the B&B is in a lovely rural and quiet location but still accessible to Milton Keynes and other attractions such as Bletchley Park.
The bed was very comfortable and the room large, the cooked breakfast was superb, hot and plentiful.

My friend and I had a fantastic stay here the hosts Tim and Nick are amazing 
The rooms are quirky but very comfortable and the breakfast is fabulous with plenty of options 
The property was easy to find and in a great location we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay

A great Choice

Tranquil stay in the countryside

Picturesque B&B in a fantastic location

Very good night away. Bed was comfy but only a double. Clean, stylish, well looked after. Had dinner in the pub next door which was lovely. Good breakfast the following morning. Lots of attention to detail - coffee and cake on arrival, fresh milk in room, advice on shopping and money off vouchers. Would recommend.

We were met and shown to our room by Tim who was very friendly. Our room on the ground floor was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable which was just what we needed after a long day. The walk in shower was also spacious and easy to use with plenty of hot water. Breakfast cooked by Tim was  excellent and was served by Nick who was equally friendly and accommodating. 
We only stayed for one night but would thoroughly recommend Home Farm if you need somewhere to stay in the area as Nick and Tim are excellent hosts

A wedding day stop over

A real gem.  This very comfortable and friendly farmhouse is tucked away in a quiet hamlet a few miles from Milton Keynes in lovely leafy peaceful gardens.  
Nick and Tim have carefully kept the character of the house and given a lot of thought to all the little details making sure your stay is special ….. from fresh milk in the fridge, a fan, homemade biscuits , a really comfortable bed and a clean modern shower room.  There is even an in house drinks menu so you can enjoy a glass of wine or a soft drink in the sunny garden next to a brook ….and completely relax .
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and freshly cooked to order. 
The communication with Nick and Tim was amazing.  Very professional and helpful and quick to respond to any queries.  
There is a really first class Indian restaurant/ pub next to the farmhouse serving excellent food. Other than that you’d need to drive to the next village for a better choice of eateries for your evening meal. 
Bletchley Park is around 10 minutes drive away and well worth a visit.

A real gem

Thanks Nick and Tim for your excellent hospitality.  It’s a beautiful house with plenty of parking, gorgeous garden - we loved the little stream at the front! Our room was perfect, comfy bed, lovely en-suite shower and the little extra touches like the fresh milk and chilled water. Breakfast was delicious, cooked to order,  and set us up for our day at Bletchley Park.  We hope to come back again soon.
