Fantastic reception and bar staff, the restaurant staff were informative and attentive, have stayed before and will return again We arrived mid afternoon and checked it very quickly, the food next door was part of a meal deal and you could not fault the price nor quality 

Excellent stay

Great location for exploring Manchester,parking was a bit if a pain .Tram station close by so i waswoken by the tram noise early morning as im a light sleeper.Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall i would recommend this hotel .

Great location

We loved this hotel. The reception staff
Were all so kind and helpful. The rooms were
Clean and very functional. The TV was big and easy to watch from bed. 
The lifts were super quick and, as always, breakfast was a great deal. In fact, the bar next to the hotel, which is used as their restaurant, is so nice and cheap. 
In terms of location, it is perfect for Oxford
Road and Theatre land. Shops are five mins away and metro on your doorstep. 
We will be going back

A great hotel at a great price

I couldn’t fault the location of this hotel as it was central for everything. I’ve used premier inn’s many times and know what to expect. I don’t know if it was the time of year (Christmas) but there was a 15 minute wait at reception which was a bit disappointing. The room was just a bit tired,with a light bezel missing, bathroom door damaged and a few other minor things. 
At breakfast, staff seemed to struggle with keeping up, but as I said, this could have been the time of year.



Leisure visit

Premier Inn has a standard and you know what you're getting and this place was ideal for a visit to the Christmas Market . Just round the corner from the Midland hotel and close to the bars and Deansgate . Room was what you would expect from Premier - spot on for the money and breakfast buffet for a tenner each was good value . A good place to use as a base  .It is secure as you need a room key to get to the lift and use it again to enter the corridor which is a must in this day and age . Would definitely stop here again as I have done in the past .

Great position just off Oxford Street .

We were going to see the lion king and the premier Inn was in an ideal location from parking, to walking to the restaurant and the theatre, all 10 or less minutes away. The beds were very comfortable and so it was ideal for one night's stay. Although they definitely need to include more drinks, sugar and milk in the room, there were not nearly enough, even for 1 night.

Perfect location for attending the theatre

A great base to stay, 10 minutes walk from Deansgate station. Would stay here again for the Bridgewater Hall, visiting Chinatown or shopping.  Plenty of places to eat, around the area.  The tram stop is just outside. 

Great place to stay

It is our first time in Manchester and read about good reviews of this hotel so we decided to try it.  The location is really great.  Walking distance to St. Peter Square where you can ride the tram on areas that the free city bus cannot reach.  Premier Inn has a coffeeshop beside it and lots of cafes/restaurants within walking distance.  Felt safe to walk even at night.  We were in the Premier Plus room and the room is clean and spacious.  It has free still and sparkling water daily plus Nespresso coffee and chocolates!  We booked a couple of months early and we were able to get a very good price.  Will stay in this hotel again should we happen to go back to Manchester.

Beautiful hotel and location,very Very friendly staff at the front especially Tom he is an massive addition to your team GET THE MAN A PAY RISE PLEASE! very good location close to everywhere walk distance to the shops and to the city centre,very handy vending machines, housekeeping staff are very friendly Karina and Kate I think we're more then happy to help me with extra towels!! 

AMAZING!!

The best stay we ever had. Amazing staff so helpful going above with helping customers. Long waiting time to check in but staff made up with their friendly service. Room spacious and very clean. I would recommend to my family and friends. Good price for amazing service we received.
