2 day stay where we were made tofeel very welcome.Everything was just perfect no faults whatsoever.Would recommend to anyone.

Great place for families to stay after a day in Southwold. We stayed in one of the family rooms which was the best hotel room we have stayed in with our two children - plenty of space and we didn't feel on top of each other at all. Brilliant breakfast the next day, great choice and lovely FOH lady, who really looked after us and was kind to the children. She arranged for the some cooked items for my toddler then the chef came and asked what crockery would be best for him - we had our own plate which she kindly took and used. Overall brilliant service. We will be back again.

Coach house is a very nice clean & contemporary Hotel with friendly personable staff... we've had a very enjoyable stay & will be back Chris & Karen

We stayed here for a mini break. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and especially the two ladies who served us. Great sense of humour and nothing too much trouble. Room was spotless and bed very comfortable. The location is great with the transport museum next door and Southwold, Snape and Aldeburgh a short drive away. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and also return if we visit Suffolk again.

From a very warm welcome we were off to an excellent start. The hotel and staff did not disappoint in any aspect and exceeded our expectations. The hotel was cosy and friendly with very pleasant decor and excellent standards of cleanliness. The food was excellent, the staff were all very pleasant and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great care was taken to ensure that we had a pleasant stay.  We would highly recommend the hotel and hope to stay again.

We had a meet for the evening with friends and used the coach house for the first time. The hotel was lovely, everyone was very friendly , the food was excellent and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The price was reasonable. We have already recommended it to our car club for when we meet up and also family and other friends.

This is the second time staying at the Coach House and will stay here again when i am next in the area. The team are they have are wonderful. They make staying away feel like you are part of the family. They bent over backwards to make me feel welcome and as someone who works away every week and stays at different hotels this was wonderful. From check in to check out the team were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. The restaurant had a wonderful selection of specials and main menu the only trouble i had was trying to pick what to eat.  Breakfast was great. When they found out i needed to miss breakfast to attend an event early they made me up a bag to go. Breakfast on the second morning was something special with eggs bendict. Thank you to the team. I will be back.

Lovely large room with comfortable bed. Huge bathroom. Everything very clean. Fluffy towels. Excellent breakfast.

Had a lovely stay in a superior room. Every thing was very clean, in the room and the hotel bar/lounge.  The room it's self was huge, we had a jacuzzi bath and a four poster bed. The bed was lovely and comfortable. All the staff were very attentive and chatty. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to give this hotel a go. The rooms are exceptional value compared to others in the area of the same price.

Great Hotel

Perfect hotel for a quiet getaway.Staff were very accomodoting & friendly.Hotel was great with character in the main building.Great room with all that you need.Only one complaint cobwebs all over the ceiling but totally understand why they were missed as only noticed them at night.Would definatly return.

We had a very quick overnight stay and wish we could have stayed longer . It is a beautiful hotel and the service is exceptional, we have stayed in 5 star hotels that don’t offer the service and friendliness this hotel offered . They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay .We were unable to make breakfast in the morning due to an early start but they immediately offered bacon sandwiches for us .These were brought to our room the following morning by Shaun ( lovely bloke ! ) and not only were we given sandwiches but yoghurt crisps drinks etc . Only one slight concern was that we did hear people in the room next to us talking but we still managed to sleep ! Beds fantastically comfy and huge ! Whole place spotless , we will definitely be coming back

A little gem !

Amazing!! This hotel has restored my faith in hotels!! Clean, Tastefully decorated, functional and full of staff who wanted to be there and treated you accordingly (even if they didn't they put on a bloody good show). Upgraded to a massive 4 poster room (bordering on suite) which was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Had a meal in the bar and the lady serving behind the bar, serving food and everything else in between was just  exceptional, best service i have had in a long 20 years of travelling for business (she even got me to stick to my diet!!) Food was excellent even though i did only have salad and not Pie!! Drinks reasonably priced and good selection. At breakfast was greeted by an equally enthusiastic member of staff and offered a quality range of continental of freshly cooked food, no stale buffet all hot food cooked to order but very little wait and possibly the best scrambled eggs i have ever had in a hotel. Well done Coach House you really have got it right

Just Excellent!!

From the moment of arrival to the morning we checked out every member of staff at the Coach House made us feel welcome. The room was a good size, warm and cosy and kept immaculately clean every day by housekeeping. The breakfast was tasty and plenty of options to cater for all. We couldnt have asked for more!
