I went for the weekend with my mam, first impressions of the hotel were nice, lovely, great location with pubs and shops a couple of mins away, the room was as expected it was you pay for in London, I personally never had a problem with the room, it was clean and tidy. Unfortunately, my mam had an accident in the room, which wasn't my mam's fault, but the hotel's. Without going into detail, it was very unfortunate, but accidents do happen. Honestly, the staff couldn't do enough for my mam, Adam, and the lady from reception did everything to the book that should have been done regarding health and safety, and couldn't apologize enough. We got moved into the penthouse room, which was lovely. I have given the hotel a five-star rating because accidents do happen, and honestly, the staff was so professional after it, I was impressed . Thank you to Adam for all your help, and the lady at reception, you really did a great job, and you are a credit to your company .....
