The location - it is a good base for sight seeing.
Rooms very small and service extremely slow.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, with very friendly and polite staff. The room was immaculate. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced.
No negatives for me.
Location.
Bar service not on ground floor.
perfect hotel, comfy room
the staff didn’t care about a problem with the room service. It’s very important to feel safe and get help from the hôtel who is responsible for the confortable stay of their guests
Great views both from the room and the roof top bar, clean and comfy room and beautiful bathroom.
Little bit pricey but perfect for an anniversary/birthday.
The duty manager Simone. She was great. She upgraded us so we could get a room quicker as it was not ready when we arrived.
The room was not ready when we arrived. But the Manager sorted the issue out straight away.
Really enjoyed staying at the Dorsett in Aldgate. The room is beautiful and the bed is really comfortable. Super easy go move around to the centre. Would stay again for sure.
Nothing to mention.
Great location for Liverpool Street and city
Nothing
Location was great, prefect for where we going and what we wanted to see.
The breakfast in the restaurant on the ground floor was bearly warm, the waitress did not do a check back so we didn't have the opportunity to tell her. There was only the Sky Bar available at 11 10 pm which was carnage for us with a Halloween party in full swing; we are in our late fifties and just wanted a quiet drink. We asked the Concierge the way to Brick Lane as we had a restaurant reservation and he couldn't tell us and wanted us to eat in the Hotel restaurant. We ended up using Google maps!
Friendly helpful staff who made our stay.
Breakfast buffet at the first floor restaurant was not very good, it had little choice and bland.
Next to the underground. Also buses stop close to the hotel. Around the hotel buzzing with people but in the rooms nice and quiet. Good comfortable beds!
No real disappointments, it is a neat and efficient hotel. It lacks a bit of atmosphere but for atmosphere you should go outside.
The location was perfect for us because of wanting to be in the city. The staff were absolutely fabulous & so welcoming! They absolutely looked after us & our room was superb. The views were fantastic, the linen excellent, big bath towels & all Elemis products refillable on the wall - not these silly bottles that end up in the ocean. HIghly recommend & would stay again.
Nothing!
Lovely room, very clean and very comfortable bed. Great spot as well.
Breakfast wasn’t the best but overall a lovely stay.
Good location, very smart, very nice bathroom, never had any food there.
To get into bed I had to squeeze along the window, as I am not fit, it was difficult.
Rooms were excellent and very clean.
Nothing.
Lovely modern rooms with a coffee machine and large TV. Nice decor and a pleasant place to stay. Very impressed with the price - we got a discounted rate which meant this hotel was the same price as a Premier Inn or Travelodge, and this hotel is in another league!
Great location. Highly attentive staff. A rooftop bar that offers a panorama of London. What’s not to like!
Good location with good transport links.
Rooms small.
I was particularly impressed with the friendly helpful staff.
Nothing.
Adjacent to Aldgate Tube Station. Very convenient for the City.
Prices in the Rooftop Bar.
Location was superb! Very friendly and accommodating staff and the roof top bar was impressive!

Price and location.
Breakfast not knowing there was two floors felt like a second class citizen people coming of the street got more food on there plate and a cold shower in the morning.
Great Hotel, friendly staff, LOVELY beds, really nice rooms, 24/7 breakfast...
Usually spend every year at Raddison and usually they do something small and nice for us. Requested for a nice treat as it was our 4th year together and girlfriends birthday, unfortunately we wasn't given any nice little touches - Can't always expect this but would have just been a nice touch!
The hotel was perfectly situated for our wedding venue. Immediately outside the underground. Check in was very attentive with a member of staff running to the door to assist me with my case, a young lady called Simone, and checked us in quickly. The lifts were a bit confusing to begin with as you have to swipe your room key card to operate them. I asked for a room with a view, and was not disappointed, lovely room with dual aspect and spotlessly clean. Particularly loved the shower, although the in-house shampoo was dreadful - take your own. The bed was super comfortable and I loved the modern cube alarm clock / phone charger. All in all a smashing hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone.
The only downside was the restaurants 2 restaurants to choose from an a-la-cart on the ground floor or a buffet style on first floor. The first morning of our stay whe chose the buffet restaurant as this is the way we choose to eat when away. All outher places we have been to have an elaborate selection to choose from as much or as little as you like, however here we had a very limited selection. I don’t eat a cooked breakfast and there was not much of anything else 3 sweet cereals , toast , chopped fresh fruits which was soft apple and lychees. A couple of cakes and mini croissants. But the Ubley yogurt was very nice. But there was a selection of oriental food, that I didn’t know what to do with! The cooked breakfast was plentiful but of poor quality. The second morning we easily choose the a-la-Carter restaurant where the quality was better but the choice was still poor, when we normally go away we always have a good breakfast and nothing else until evening, but here we were looking forward to lunch !!
The room was beautiful everything that you need to make trip comfortable. The extras in bathroom catered for what you need in case you forgot tooth brush and paste haven't seen that in a hotel before
Ate in one of the restaurants wasnt too bad but very busy
The Hotel rooms have the most comfy beds and pillow I have ever endured. Best night sleep in a long time. The sky bar has some of the best views i London.
Clean and comfortable.
Service could have been friendlier, no one was rude or anything but not much customer service experienced during our stay.
It is the 2nd time we have stayed at the hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely hotel, lovely staff and so helpful. Great room with everything you would need.
We were due to check out at 11am but the cleaner knocked us at 10.30a, but this was not a problem.
Amazing hotel, with attention to detail like bath robes, elemis toiletries. Had breakfast in the buffet restaurant, which was lovely to. Would highly recommend.
Nothing.
Everything - Comfortable beds, clean room, lovely staff
Nothing
Spotless, fabulous location, polite staff.
Bathroom was great. A lovely shower. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Check in & out staff were very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful design and in a good area.
Service generally very slow - had to call reception three times to retrieve luggage and it took almost an hour.
Very cool sky bar!
Rooms very small and missing little touches like additional amenities.
