Everything was perfect. Everyone was very kind and helpful. There was no problem changing rooms when it turned out the air conditioning on the first and second floors wasn't working, which was later fixed. The Italian cuisine for dinner was very good. The service was very friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our meals. The hotel's location is also very good, close to everything. The hotel also offers a ride to a distance of about 2 km in a BMW i7 electric car. Thank you for the friendly service.
