732 reviewsI was a bit nervous after reading certain reviews, but as it turns out I had nothing to worry about in the end! The location is amazing, right next to the Science Museum, Natural History Museum and V&A Museum. Also very close to Hyde Park, the tube station, and plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walk. Harrrods is also just down the road! We got an unbelievable price for a private family room with ensuite - especially considering the location and the fact that certain nearby hotels were charging up to 40 times as much (literally!). Lovely bathroom, nice bunk beds for the kids, very clean and the staff were kind enough to give us an early check in and a free baby cot (it's best to request that at the time of booking). It's not the Mandarin Oriental, but then you aren't paying Mandarin prices either!!! Excellent hotel and I would most definitely stay again. A big thanks to all the staff (including cleaners who made sure our room was in a lovely condition). Keep up the great work!
