6806 reviewsI arrived on 2nd August, and the gentleman who checked me in was polite and very thorough and went through everything with me and welcomed me with a glass of prosecco. I asked to be checked in and went into room 105. The room was sufficient and clean, and reviews on here said it was hit and miss the rooms, and I could not fault the room. There was a minor issue with the room next door. But I let the hotel know of the slight unusual sound I overheard, which im sure will be rectified. I'm a regular guest at Hilton Wembley, and the service levels are exceptionally high. I always get a welcome message and during. In this hotel, I got nothing, apart from 30 minutes before check out time. The other issue is the digital services offered by the hotel. There are so many QR codes, and they need to be simplified from news papers, to food to digital services on the television. For example, you can order food as room service like I did, but no drinks menu to order off, which I found very frustrating to then contact the bar and get no response. The food i had was beautiful. It's a shame that drinks couldn't be ordered and to me seems lost revenue for the hotel. The food I did recieve was beautiful and I cannot fault the quality. The executive lounge was comfortable - i found short falls with replenishment like the buffet not been replenished quick enough until 10:35, where most guests have gone for the breakfast offering. Mugs weren't replenished quickly enough, with takeout cups being used instead. The offering was decent but slow. Apart from the lady at the main executive lounge desk greeting everyone who was charming the staff in and out the kitchen didn't speak to guests, not even a hello. The location is great. But if you are a Diamond member, I agree with other reviews it does fall short on the magic service that I'd expect. With slight tweaks I feel this could be better, but I do feel that there are a lot staff been trained currently, with hoping the service ib future will get better from what I see outside, in. Let's hope the magic returns.
