Booked for a convenient overnight stay when attending a concert in London. I had reserved one of their larger rooms for a pre-paid rate of GBP125. On arrival, I was told I'd been upgraded to their 'Club' rate which meant that all drinks where included as well as afternoon tea and coffee, a cheese and wine buffet as well as breakfast. The room was really nice and modern - still not huge but very tastefully done. The bathroom was a great surprise - very large with a big walk-in shower. Breakfast was very good and taken on a shared table which I think works as long as you don't want privacy and not too many people turn up at the same time. The food and juices on offer were excellent. Last but not least, I left my iphone charger behind and when I called, I was told it had been found. I have since been sent it, paying only the dispatch cost. I can honestly recommend this hotel for a weekend stay in London.
