Location was excellent, rooms good size and clean, breakfast was excellent though the price was a little high.
Cost of parking.
The location was Within a 10-minute walk of the underground station. The room was clean, the breakfast was fine.
Somewhat small room (but I guess a bigger room in London would have been much more expensive).
Good location as we were attending a show at the Apollo, also quite easy access to the tube etc. the breakfast was fantastic.

All of the staff were polite, friendly and helpful.The hotel is only a few minutes walk from two underground train (tube) stations with frequent services to most parts of the city, plus there is a bus station nearby, so getting around is easy from the hotel. My family and I enjoyed some excellent meals and service in the restaurant, our room was clean and comfortable, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our (first) stay at the Novotel London West. We would recommend it, and happily stay there again.
