Apartment in St Georges Vauxhall

Its good place to stay with family. Cost is almost half then staying in Novotel or similar hotel. We stayed at this place for 2 days but would prefer to stay here rather than hotel. The connectivity of underground train is good to reach to central london. Would recommend this place for sure.

Could do with supplying tea/coffee in kitchen and shampoo in bathroom. 
Needs a bit of maintenance. E.g. Various light bulbs missing or not working, balcony table is wonky, bedroom curtain needs new curtain hooks, needs a clean under furniture. 
Had to wait 25 mins for person with keys to arrive after I arrived at property at time I had texted. Hadn't realised supposed to call to say on way before arrival. 
I wrongly assumed this apartment was managed by St. George's wharf development. Its not so the concierge can't help.

We rented 469 Galleon House, St George Wharf, via One Fine Stay. Everyone in our group was very pleased with the stay. 469 Galleon House, is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom apartment with beautiful views of the river Thames. The apartment was very clean, warm, luxurious, and modern. 

A One Fine Stay greeter met us at the apartment and showed us around. She gave us a free local iPhone to use during our stay. Every time we called One Fine Stay with questions about the apartment, they were readily available and helpful on the phone.

The location is convenient - Vauxhall tube and train station is adjacent to the apartment complex. All major London attractions are easy to get to. For groceries there is a Tesco and Sainsbury next door. There are also restaurants, a gym, beauty salon etc in the same building complex.

We had an infant and a toddler in our group. The kitchenette was handy for making meals for the children. 

Some cons for future guests to know:
- You have to climb about 10 steps from ground level to go to the elevator of the building. Slightly inconvenient if you have lots of luggage.
- The washing machine wasn't working. They came to take a look at it right away. But were not able to fix it during our stay. So we couldn't use the washing machine.
- Some of the radiators were only partially heating.
- There was no house keeping during our stay. (They only come once a week).

Despite these inconveniences, we will happily stay here again. We really enjoyed the beautiful apartment, amazing view, and excellent location. Overall highly recommend this place.

Flexiflat St George Wharf apartment was amazing

Excellent apartment, great location. Comfortable and convenient for families. (469 Galleon House, St George Wharf)

Good to stay with family

They never return my deposit 500 Pounds for 2 rooms, 
First they asked for cash at check in and promise to return it at check out.
then they never show up at check out time. 
then they promise to return it by bank account transfer, and now already 2 months, they never return it and always tell us to email the same question about my room number etc.
and already email it a Dozen time.

I got a cancellation notice at the day of checkin.  They  tried to direct me somewhere very far from the apartment.

This is  really serious problem. I wasted half of the day to search other options. And I got tremendous stress because of this. I assume  this is  really coming with bad intention of host.

Must be  aware to avoid any astonishing inconvenience!!!!!!!

I am still  in  a lot of stress.

Beware of these people. We paid in full for our stay in May 2019 in London and three days before our arrival they informed us that they couldn't accommodate us in the apartment as "it was not up to standard". We requested a refund which they promised to pay in full but we are still waiting 7 months later and every email from them promises it will be refunded but it is not forthcoming. 


They cancelled and I can't get my refund 

I booked a reservation over a month in advance and paid in full but my booking has been cancelled without warning just two weeks before my stay. I have tried contacting the property but they have an answering service based in the US that claim they can't reach the property. I have also emailed them multiple times with no response. I can't even get an explanation as to why they cancelled my booking. I have flights already booked so this is a major inconvenience. Do not book with this property as they may just cancel your booking without reason and shortly before your stay.
