When i came from Denmark to London i arrived 2 hours 2 late on the day. I was told that i came to late and had to find another place. At 22 o´clock in London thats not easy but i managed. Next day i was in contact with Booking.com which i booked through. They told me that it was cancelled and there was nothing they could do. Off course the room was available again when i checked. Booking.com or the owner are just in for double booking and dont care about the customer at all. I will not recommend this place.

Came two hours late and they cancelled the booking. When i checked again they had set the room up for rent. CHEAT FIRM

If you are like me trying to find cheaper options to travel on a budget well... you will spend more money trying to pay for the repercussions of this place then the money you saved on getting a better place. If you are as naive as I was and thought 'its okay i can handle a somewhat dirty hotel' well you will find it is not just dirty. 

We were given an address to a place and it was abandoned with no person on sight. They had failed to instruct us on a different location to where there was a room. After hours of wondering and finally finding a library for a phone (as new international travellers we did not have sims) the person who answered the phone sounder rude, disinterested and frankly annoyed to have to answer our call to tell us where to go.

Now to top it all off, we were travelling into winter from a warmer climate and it was incredibly cold. There was NO HOT WATER in the showers. The room was cold and there was nothing but a thin blanket on the bed. Eventually i couldnt handle being dirty and having oily hair anymore so i tried washing my hair and skin with the hand washing basin and using the cold water. And guess what. I ended up sick a few days in.

Oh and if this warning doesnt stop you from booking a room at this sorry excuse of a 'hotel' then at least please bring toilet paper as that is something that was seemingly non existant.

A Detailed Warning - Please read.(no hot water, poor hospitality etc)

We stayed here for a week. In that time 3 families knocked on out room due to no one there to let them in!!! The shower exploded on my mum, no hot water for three mornings an a grotty room. All that we forgot we got it cheap an couldn't wait to leave the place. A week later we all came up with spots turns out bed bugs wed been bitten to bits. Place has not been back in touch should not even be operating

Please avoid at all costs

The fact that this place can be rented out is a crime. My partner waited outside for over an hour before someone came to let him in. He was taken to a double room when we paid for a family room (with a huge price difference). The property is advertised as having WiFi but there was none. The place was dirty, evidence of bed bugs, broken lock on front door so anyone can walk in. There are signs stating don't store food in rooms so as to prevent bugs and to store food in kitchen - yet there is no kitchen. No food preparation area, no kettle or fridge in room. Staff impossible to get hold of. No fire doors, to fire or smoke alarms in rooms.

Disgusting

If like us you thought it was a cheap base to sleep...seriously don't do it! It's the dirtiest, filthiest hell hole I've ever encountered and we've stayed in some budget rooms..after all you don't book a break to stay in the room all the time? Right? 10 mins was all we stayed whilst booking another place to stay..in that time the was a woman washing her plastic food tubs in the 'bathroom' which was the most disgusting place I've ever seen.  She was 'clearing her throat' the whole time like a dirty old man who smokes 60 a day.  The room was smoked in.. The cigarettes chucked out of the window..broken furniture, one curtain on each window that didn't even fully close!  View of next doors bed out the window I'm just pleased I didn't see what the hell slept in it! 😂. I've envisaged cleaner squats!

Just don't risk it!!!!

when we got their it was like a house that garbage trucks dump all the rubbish they had collected of. the lady was inside and kept us outside in the rain while she "messaged her boss to tell us the room" before we went inside she showed us the code to get the key to open the front door. when we closed the front door we noticed the mould all over the walls and a lot of holes in the wall. when we went into the room we were staying in one of the lightbulbs would not turn on and there was a door leading outside by our room on ground floor witch was open all night as they did not give us a key to lock it. me and my mums mate went outside for a fag and when we tried to get back in the code for the key would not work we tried it over 12 times. we then tried phoning the woman who then declined our call multipul times and read and did not reply to our message on WhatsApp luckily my mum and sister came and open the door for us.then when my mum who is disabled went to use the toilet she came back injured as there was a massive whole in the bathroom floor with a carpet covering it and there was no sign to tell us. she also had holes in the floor in our room...… THEN AT ABOUT 11 AT NIGHT SHE HAD HER MATESI  DRINKING ALCAHOL MAKING LOADS OF NOISE....

worst time of our lives

Despite informing the owner via Booking on what time we were expected to arrive, there was no one waiting for us. We called, sent texts and e-mails. After banging on the door for nearly one hour, one of the other guests invited us in and offered we stayed in their room. We shared the room for the night and if it wasn't for them, we would probably stay on the street with nowhere to go. In the morning, we found an empty room and left our baggage there, leaving a note with our reservation details and phone number (there was still no one from the staff and we didn't want to waste the whole day waiting). When we came back, the room was locked (with our things inside) but luckily there was a cleaning lady who called the owner (he refused our calls!). We were told we can't stay in the room because it is "too big" (it was 2 adults and 2 children) and that we should find ourselves some other room. Needless to say, we refused as we felt we deserve "something more" after paying for the previous night when we didn't even get our own room. In the end, we stayed in the room. The room itself wasn't too bad but there was no warm water in the bathroom. 
All in all, it was a really unpleasant stay and we absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

No one to check us in, we stayed in other guests' room!

I usually don't write any reviews on anything but I really feel like I want to warn as many people as possible... Firstly, the door was locked when we arrived and there was no sign that would even hint that there was a hostel at that address so we didn't even know if we were at the right place. Finally we got in thanks to some people that came out, but there was no staff, host or anyone who could give us the key. When we tried to call them, they didn't answer so we decided to call Booking. The Booking crew contacted them and after an hour of waiting in total one of the staff members arrived, lead us to another house/door and gave us the key. Obviously I didn't expect anything luxurious for that price - comfort and cleanliness was alright although it could have been better, but what annoyed me the most was the lack of communication by the staff and basically it is a huge scam. Please be aware!

Warning

We booked a room at this hostel and cancelled it because of the bad reviews on this page only half an hour later. 
In one review it was mentioned that the money had been taken twice from the credit card. It seems they received our credit card info, because the money was taken and we had to try to get it back!

Be careful.....We Were Scammed £400 by This Place owner Named JON.....He scammed lots of people....We reported to Police, BOOKING.COM AND European Commision but none of them wanted to know anything...YOU ARE WARNED...SCAMMERS.....
