What a fabulous find.  Perfect location first class accommodation and the most friendly welcome from the lovely Clare.  Two of us shared Astro cottage for two nights whilst playing a tournament at Harlech Golf Club.  It was only 5 minutes away.  Sadly we had limited time to enjoy the accommodation but will definitely return for a beach break.  Lovely touches all around the cottage made it very welcoming and the secure garden area makes it perfect for four legged friends.  As avid golfers we spend a lot of time in this type of accommodation but this is certainly one of the very best.  Thank you Clare.

We were met by Claire. She was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We stayed in Artro Cottage with three bedroom. So clean and tidy. Excellent small details around the house. Would gladly go back. 

We arrived in appalling conditions, with rain lashing and gales, but we were met by a smiling, friendly lady called, Clare, who having found out we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, went above and beyond the little details for us, with wine, ground coffee and a variety of biscuits, along with heart shaped cheese-cake :)
We stayed in the studio cottage, which was perfect for the two of us, looking out at the lawn, which was perfect for our lurcher to run around in, and protected from the static caravan near-by with a wooden fence so, very private.
A multi stove was perfectly romantic and much needed on such a freezing, wet day and ample wood and coal supplied. 
The large double bed was so cosy, and we felt utterly spoilt and snug.
We felt an instant friendship with Clare, and will be very happy to return, as walkers, we explored the area (even in the pouring rain) and it is a beautiful place to explore, well worth the effort, with lots of walks and things to see, which three days barely covered it!
It is peaceful, with the small village half a mile away with a variety of pubs, and we were barely aware of other guests staying, which is how we like it!
There is no 'games room' anymore, which we had hoped to play a game of table-tennis in such terrible weather!!! But we had a coffee with Clare instead, which was much better :)
I would recommend the near-by Waterfalls which you can visit and park up for the day (£3) with nice walks and picnic and camping etc. The Ty-mawr pub nearest to the cottages (Ten minutes walk) good ale!

Ive stayed a couple of times at the cottages, and the B and B, and each time I could not fault Clare for her hospitality, her attention to detail making sure everything in the rooms is first class. Nothing is too difficult - she is definately the best host I've encountered. Rooms are spotless, Mattreses are so comfortable to sleep on. Its a great place to stay just to chill out and relax in summer and winter with beaches and woodlands to walk through, a walk down to the local village for lunch at a pub then relax back in the cottages with an log fire and a glass of wine or a mug of chocolate. Its a definately a place you can recharge your batteries. And then Harlech, Portmadoc, Portmerion and Shell island are only a car ride away. Definately recommended.

We stayed here a few years ago and when my father in law wanted to take the whole family somewhere....this was it! 20 of us with an age range of 6 to 72 and plenty of twenty year olds in between this suited everyone. Each family had their own accommodation so their own space. All the accommodation has been refurbed to a high standard and is well equipped. The beds are the best we’ve ever slept in and we’re quite a fussy lot. The pub very nearby,The Ty Mawr, is the best in the area. Clare, owner at Gwynfryn is fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and a bit of music in the evenings was all allowed without any issue. We will definitely return! Don’t think twice book away. 

On our return to Gwynfryn Farm we where offered the new Coach House for our stay, when I say it is like doctor who’s tardis small looking building on the outside but on the inside well mind blowing beautifully set out kitchen, dinning room laundry room sleeps up to eight people comfortably large lounge area, Games room on site also being fitted this year a Jacuzzi 

Many friends and family stayed here and the warm welcome from Claire was excellent, she treated every one of us like family. Great care was taken to make sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to go back and stay again. I would highly recommend staying here it was immaculate and very cosy. Thank you again Claire you made the stay perfect x

First Class accommodation, Clare gave us such a warm welcome, the studio which we stayed in was  clean, warm and with every amenity you could wish for. We could not fault the accommodation or the warmth that exudes from the owner Clare, she could not have done more for us if we were her family, beautiful people, lovely location and very comfortable accommodation. Thank you Clare for a lovely stay, and your warm hospitality - wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely like to re-visit .

We had a converted farm building of a high standard with three double bedrooms, bathroom, showers, toilet, combined kitchen lounge. Comfortable, warm in late October. Parts of building slightly tired, wifi not very good. Swimming pool, games room. Feed the animals with farmer, collect the eggs. The Lleyn Penninsula is a good base for beach holiday any time of the year. Watch out for some attractions closing down by last weekend in October eg Snowdonia light railway. Overall very good value, clean.

We stayed for a couple of nights in 1 of their cottages, we thoroughly enjoyed it in the welsh countryside, the reception we received was excellent & the cottage was great with every amenity .Plenty of local walks & not too far from the local pub/restaurant. If in Wales we would stay again.
