Clean room with large comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Large shower with good water pressure.

Really good basic hotel, very clean, and during my stay (over Christmas) it was very quiet. Really friendly helpeful staff. Definitely recommended.

Hotel very small but cosy, everything you need for a 1 night stay.. room was spotless and bed was comfy, Staff members was very attentive and happy to help, The new manager was lovely very welcoming and chatty, would stay again on my next hospital trip in Liverpool.

Very useful place for overnight when I have appointments at the hospital, as I live 2 hrs away. Easy to access from the motorway. booking allows me to cancel (at a slight extra charge) if my appointment gets changed.

Nice, warm, comfortable stay. Very clean. Free parking on site. Toby's next door for food. 30 mins free wifi, but then charged after that, which is a pity in this day and age. Wifi usually free. First stay in a Travelodge and overall a decent stay.

In this day & age its refreshing to find such a clean hotel free from any nasties.  Lisa, Harvey & Lauren ensured that our stay was exceptional & that we were highly valued customers. Time passed so quickly. Highly recommended :) 

Stay at the hotel regularly as we visit family. The staff are always amazing. Very helpful and polite nothing is too much trouble. On this visit it was Nikki who stood out with excellent customer service

We stay here frequently when attending Alder hey Hospital with our little one. The rooms are always clean, the reception staff are very friendly and there is no noise or disturbance coming from outside or inside the hotel. A nice stay for little money. 

We stayed for one night in a family room. There was plenty space and we made use of the coffee and tea facilities. The beds were comfy and the room was lovely and clean. The shower was lovely and worked well.

For a short stay, nice clean and comfy room, a Toby Carvery in same car park if a hot breakfast is required. Hotel is on the Liverpool Ring Road called Queens Drive and is easy to find.

Good room with comfy beds.  Great bathroom.  Everywhere clean.  Heating available in the room and loads of hot water.  None of the rooms have a bath option.  Breakfast box was good but next time, I will skip it and walk 20 yards to the cooked breakfast at the Toby Carvery.  Helpful staff, really close to Queens Drive ring road so great for a base for tourists or match goers, traffic noise all night however.

The family room was spacious and comfy even with 2 single and a king size bed in it. Even though we over looked the main road the noise wasn’t too much and it didn’t effect out sleep. The only negative comment I could say was our bathroom bin wasn’t emptied prior to arrival (which I didn’t realise until just before we were leaving) and there was used sanitary products in there. 

Comfy and spacious

The bed was ridiculously comfortable, the staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was well stocked with teas/coffees etc and we were asked every morning if we needed any refills. The only slight niggle is the rooms could have had a slightly more detailed cleaning, overall very good but a couple of cobwebs in corners. All in all a great stay, close to amenities and a yummy carvery sharing the car park. But it’s definitely the staff that make it one of the best places we’ve stayed, they’re a credit to travelodge!
