It was a very pleasant experience. Hosts were most hospitable and breakfasts were great

Lovely friendly couple running this place.  Very clean and tidy.  Excellent breakfast!  Found the bed a tad soft but that's just probably me.  Short 15-20 minute walk to the beach.

Lovely stay here we had the garden room which has a little terrace to sit out on. Room was nicely decorated very large shower. All clean and tidy. Parking on site. 
Breakfast was fantastic. 
Would highly recommend and hope to go back soon. 

Stayed in Berry House for 2 weeks. Very clean room, welcoming and friendly owners, great choices from the menu for breakfast. Great location, very close to seafront.We had a perfect stay, really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend Berry House.

Excellent accommodation with an excellent breakfast. Second time staying here and will definitely be back. Hosts are very friendly and the whole package makes it a great place to stay. Thoroughly recommend. 

Lovely place to stay- room was very nice, clean and comfy and so was en-suite. Our room had a door onto a small patio which was great as weather was hot! Breakfast super too- beach a short walk away so location for us was excellent. We had a fantastic 2 night break. Thank you.

Most enjoyable week's stay.  Lovely comfortable and quiet room, delicious breakfasts, with good choices. Friendly and helpful service from the owners. All in all we were looked after very well.  The house is immaculately decorated.   Highly recommended. 

We stayed for 4 nights at this excellent B&B. The room, Sparkles, was spacious and had a comfortable sofa as well as the usual bedroom furniture. The ensuite bathroom was also roomy with a shower. Breakfast was superb and had a great choice. The hosts, Kara and Simon, were very professional but also personable and took time to chat with us. The location is an easy walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

Spotlessly clean and fresh. Very friendly hosts and the breakfast was delicious!

Had a very enjoyable 3 night stay at Berry House which is a very attractive property with plenty of parking.  The inside is kept to a very high standard. Our hosts made us very welcome and provided a great breakfast. It's an easy 20 minute walk into town where there are plenty of good restaurants to choose from. Can reommend 47 Mussel Row and Thr Arun View Inn.

Excellent 4 Night Stay

A Little Gem in Littlehampton

Berry House B&B is excellent in all respects. We stayed for four nights (20-24 Sept)  in the first floor twin bedroom called “Sparkles”.  This room was spotlessly clean, provided quality amenities and the beds were so very comfortable. The theme of sparkly lighting, tiling in the shower etc was an added bonus for my wife who loved it all. We could not have wished for better hosts.  Kara and Simon were delightful, they were on hand to provide assistance when I was feeling unwell.  They were generally charming and helpful. Perfect hosts. 
The breakfasts were certainly very good with a good selection of quality produce. 
We certainly found a little gem in Berry House B&B and certainly hope to return there in the future.

Truly Excellent B&B

We stayed for 2 nights in early November 2020 just before more COVID-19 restrictions were brought in. We had a nice clean room, with it's own patio, although being November the weather wasn't good enough to investigate that area! The Covid rules in place were all sensible and reassuring.  Our hostess was very friendly and accommodating.  My favourite part of our visit was the lovely breakfast, that certainly fuelled me up ready for the day ahead.

Wow - perfect stay with amazing hosts (Simon and Kara) - immaculately presented bed and breakfast place to stay - warm, friendly, accommodating and lovely breakfasts over a 2 night stay ...... superb location close to many places by foot .... just love this place with the very best management on site.

Perfect stay 

This is a gem of a place, beautifully decorated to a high standard and spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and peaceful, with the garden room having the benefit of its own patio space. 
The breakfast has plenty of variety on offer and was deliciously cooked by the owners of the B & B, who were very friendly & helpful. The breakfast room overlooks a beautifully landscaped garden with a fountain. When I requested an iron & table, one was provided promptly to my room. We drove here and a car is beneficial to be able to take advantage of all that the area has to offer. I'd highly recommend The Fox Inn, Patching, for a meal. Plenty of social distancing, very efficient staff & tasty traditional fare. It's a 20 minute drive from the B & B. I wish I could stay longer!

Wonderful B & B

We stayed for four nights in the Garden Room, and would recommend staying in that room, as it has french doors and a private outside patio area.
Upon arrival we were welcomed by Kara, the owner, and advised or the hygiene issues linked to preventing the coronavirus. 

Our accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with good quality towels and bedding.

Breakfasts were wonderful, promptly prepared and presented at our arranged time.

In summary, we were very impressed with the quality and management of the accommodation, and will definitely stay there again if we return to the area.

A wonderful b & b

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights for a long beach break weekend. We were both very pleased! The whole place is immaculately clean with a fresh feel. Spacious modern room, the twin beds were so comfortable and the well equipped en-suite bathroom with walk in power shower was wonderful. Lovely tea and coffee making facilities with delicious biscuits and fresh water provided also. Amazing attention to detail throughout. The hosts are extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful garden to rear. Breakfast was a good selection of tasty food cooked to order. It definitely lives up to all it’s ratings in every way. In my opinion, one of the best B&B’s I have stayed in. Easy off street parking to front of house and great location for both town, beach and exploring the surrounding area. I will definitely stay here again when next in town. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Superb!

My sister and I stayed overnight, during a recent visit to relatives in the area. A great location, with a short walk to the seafront  - and set in beautiful surroundings.

We were made to feel very much at home by the owner, Matthew. The room was very comfortable, clean and well presented - and we were well rested after our stay.

I would highly recommend Berry House to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Highly recommended!

I booked for one adult and two children by ages on an Expedia online form, in a twin bed with sofa bed, but Expedia booked 2 adults for twin room with sofa bed Therefore on arrival the host was put out, expecting only two adults. He wasn't sure if there was enough linen to make the sofa bed up. After a while he found some, so we were able to stay as planned.  I was disappointed at the initial reaction to the booking not being what he expected but once he found linen all was fine and we enjoyed our stay.  Almost wish we had stayed another day simple to spend time in the garden.
