I’d like to say how good the receptionist Emily was at your hotel, very welcoming very jovial and came across as a very pleasant person. I was there to see grandads grave from the First World War and she took a lot of interest in this. As regards the room it was very nice and clean the bed was very comfortable. The only thing was the room I had which I believe was number 34 the cabinet which holds the coffee, tea and kettle is not connected to the wall. Yours sincerely Mick Robert Phillips.

Great location by the harbourside. Lovely premier plus room - warm, clean and spacious. Full bath and shower, mini fridge and coffee machine in the room. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Parking was a 5 min walk away, but we knew that before booking

Good sized room, fantastic position , good value. So pleased there was a bath. Friendly reception, would defo book again.close to the centre of town. Tea and coffee supplies but no biscuits. Might be noisy if you need to leave your window open but there is aircon

Check on was very quick and easy, the staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel and restaraunt was clean and good standard. Room was perfect and the restaraunt food was great. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Bristol centre

As always the premier inn hotel chain is among the best in value for money. 
No compromise in sleep quality, perfect mattress, huge room that everything is brand new, perfect air conditioning system, flat TV, room that is quiet as nobody can imagine, safety. 
In this hotel you get 5 star service in room and sleep quality. What is missing and you are actually not paying is the absence of lobby. Me, personally I wouldn’t pay for it. But I wouldn’t either go to a hotel with a bad and old room and bathroom. This premier inn hotel is amazing. Just amazing. There is nothing more that you can ask from a hotel and everything in a bargain price. 
Also a cheap in price but not in quality breakfast that will give satisfaction. 
The location of this particular hotel in Bristol was not only excellent but exceptional. 
For every single penny spent on this hotel, customer gets 100% satisfaction. 
This is why I will choose premier inn. 
There is even free of charge Wi-Fi in the rooms.

We were delighted with the warm room and really comfortable beds. It was lovely to have a bathroom with a bath too as well as a shower. Excellent value, great location, friendly staff and a really nice room over looking the harbour - would thoroughly recommend.

The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly. 
The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and relaxing. 
I enjoyed everything about my stay from the quiet yet convenient location to the value for money. Highly recommend 

We have stayed at this particular hotel 5 or 6 times and it is always fantastic. The hotel staff are always friendly and welcoming as are the staff at the Bar + Block Steakhouse who provide the food.

We stayed at several others nearby, Radison Blu, Marriott, etc, but this is by far the best and is located within a few minutes walk to the centre, theathres, etc.

A great Premier Inn located in  King Street which is an excellent place to stay.  It is very central, the only fall back it doesn't have a car park. I received a warm  welcome from the receptionist who was very efficient.

Stayed here 20th October very impressed. For a city centre location room was large and good soundproofing. Short walk to harbour side and pubs very close by. 
Break fast was really cooked fresh but special mention must go to the guy that was running the restaurant very friendly, professional and took a real interest in ensuring you started your day well. Thanks.

Very nice hotel would stay there again.

I was really pleased whith my stay at the premiere in in the city center. 
The location is very central, minutes away form vibrant streets, places to eat, things to do and sites to visit like the watershed, wapping wharf, bristol Cathedral and other. 
Staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed my room, it is quite spacious, great facilities, they have a led mirror which was perfect for makeup!! I loved it. the bedding is comfy and warm.

great stay

We've stayed here before and came again as the location is excellent - in the old city and a short walk to the harbourside area.   

We were in room 301, very large and no other room next to us so no noise from other guests.  Reception staff were very friendly, always greeted us on arriving/leaving the hotel.

Housekeeping isn't done automatically, but you can request it.  There is a supply of tea/coffee etc at reception that you can help yourself too if you need more supplies.

We were spending an overnight stay in Bristol and Premier Inn King Street proved an excellent place to stay. Apart from having to park in a nearby NCP multistorey we were disappointed with the menu of the attached restaurant. Having stayed at several Premier Inns the usual Thyme restaurant would have been better. Otherwise the hotel is well located, was clean and the reception staff were great.
