standard premier inn, was very clean and beds very comfortable. staff were friendly, was greeted in the morning by adele who was happy to help with any questions i had. beefeater service was speedy, will be coming back if i have the opportunity.

Review based solely on the customer service, was just checked in by a young girl Mia and she was very friendly and polite!
The rooms are outdated and could do with some TLC but are clean and as expected. 
Location is good with good bus connections and taxi's available.
Beefeater food was average.

best premier inn i’ve been to in a long time, staff (especially mia) are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for me. rooms are clean. will come back if i can!  mia had directed me to my room when i was lost and couldn't find my way, and check-in with her was very quick!

great stay at premier inn emerson’s green, was greeted by mia and she was so helpful, couldn’t do enough for us, rooms were clean and area was nice, will be staying again if i get the chance. Would reccomend to anyone, nicest out of the hotels I’ve stayed in in the area

First time visiting this hotel but was impressed by the friendly and efficient staff, cleanliness of room and free parking. Location was good for an easy drive into Bristol in the morning and easy to find from M4 and M32.  I will likely be using again for business trips to this area.

Very happy with hotel and staff. The restaurant food was excellent.wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again  very easy to get to.ample parking .the rooms are very good .have stayed here before and that visit was equally as good as it was this time.👍👍👍

Due to unforeseen circumstances I found myself in need of some accommodation. I have now stayed here for more than a week. I have nothing but praise for the hotel! The room is comfortable and well equipped, the standard of cleaning is excellent, but most of all the staff, from management to housekeepers is much better than usually found in budget hotels. Keep up the good work.

Lovely staff from reception throughout the whole stay. 
Deborah and the two Kate’s at breakfast were amazingly friendly and helpful. 
All the staff were a joy. 
The breakfast was excellent as always, fresh and tasty. 
The bed was lovely, great blackout curtains. Shower excellent.

Love popping in for breakfast, great service from Deborah and the team! Food is fresh, everyone helps with kids, nice relaxed atmosphere. Happy to recommend for any family that want a good quality and fuss free breakfast, will come again!!

Superb stay and highly recommend - faultless Food, room, service was exemplary. The staff at reception and bar and restaurant were all excellent in every way. I would definitely stay again and look forward to it

Much better than a budget hotel!

Premier Inn was up to its normal consistent standards, which is why we book them regularly. Beefeater next door was busy and appeared to be short staffed, but our waitress and one of the chefs were excellent. The chef came to our table to inform us that fillet steak was available after it initially appeared that they’d run out. He came back out later to check that it had been cooked to my taste, which was excellent service.
