Exceptional. Beautiful home. Great room with a big comfortable snug bed. Lovely bathroom. The Crown - pub just down the road was amazing. It was quaint and the food was excellent. 
Breakfast was superb. Freshly baked  homemade bread was the icing on the cake. 
Great parking. All in all a great place.

Lovely property with very friendly & helpful owners. Fantastic breakfast with home baked Stour bread. Our room was lovely, as was the bathroom & dining room, all were spotless. Great to be able to park there & easy to get into Bath. Lovely pub just down the road as well. Thank you so much

I had a really great experience. First of all, the location is very good: you're a very short bus journey away from Bath city centre, but it's also secluded enough to have very pleasant rural areas to walk around right next to the Farmhouse.

The room was excellent, with a picturesque view from the window and a very comfortable bed. The hostess was very kind. Last but certainly not least, the breakfast was brilliant, with a wide range of very fresh and delicious food (e.g. selection of good cheeses, fruits, jams, bread, ham, good coffee and tea...I'm sure I'm forgetting other things too) and there was a very nice relaxing atmosphere at the breakfast table in a house which is as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside.

We stayed during the May bank holiday weekend, and while our whole trip to Bath was very enjoyable, I feel it would not have been the same quality of experience had we had not stayed in this farmhouse. I really cannot recommend it highly enough!

Lovely stay for a function at nearby Roundhill Barn. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Beautiful, spacious room with great decor throughout. Highly recommended!

We wanted to stay somewhere nearby to Bath for a wedding, but that didn't require an expensive and long taxi ride. Kelston was perfect for just two nights and allowed us to enjoy the local area and city of Bath. Nearby was nice and had some unique veggie options.

Well priced when compared to similarly priced hotel in Bath. You get a better location, nicer room, lovely breakfast and great hosts that the equivalent air bnb / holiday inn.

Has a bus run nearby and is a short drive to one of the bath park and rides.

Lovely place to stay, not far from Bath city centre and a nice pub just down the road where you can have lunch or dinner. The owners are very welcoming,The room we had was amazing, nice continental breakfast, really enjoyed our stay

It was difficult to find not easily sign posted but room was lovely . Would of preferred a full English breakfast .Beautiful home would recommend

Stayed on a Monday night. Greeted with warmth and shown our room, facilities and where to go for breakfast.
Beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and amazing breakfast (pastries, homemade bread, eggs, cold meats, coffee, juice). 
Really comfortable bed (room 2) - plenty of room, tea and coffee facilities in room. 
Free parking
A short walk to the bath soft cheese co (we walked for coffee and cake).
A short drive into bath (10/12 minutes). Uber available.
Would highly recommend.

Beautiful b&b minutes from Bath

My husband and I stayed one night at the Roundhill Farmhouse and we were BLOWN AWAY! Vanessa was an incredible host, got us a table at the local pub down the road, and even left out breakfast for us the next morning when we had to leave early. Our room and bathroom were clean and the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this bed & breakfast. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing bed & breakfast and wonderful host!

Two night stay in a beautiful farmhouse. So convenient for Bath. A great local pub recommended by our hosts in easy walking distance, serves great food. 
Warm and friendly greeting upon our arrival, plenty of parking. Very stylish interiors and extremely comfortable. Unlike the last review on here, plenty of hot water. 
A great continental breakfast with freshly baked bread in the beautiful dining room. 
We will definitely be booking in again. 



Fantastic Stay

Had the most fabulous stay here with my husband!! Sparklingly clean, fabulous and wide breakfast offering, free and easy parking right outside the house. The hosts were simply lovely - nothing was too much trouble. Lovely and happy ambience and feeling - the house itself is just beautiful. Very tastefully decorated and absolutely wonderful. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Absolutely fantastic - would highly recommend!!

We stayed one night in this fabulous house. Decor is amazing, should be in Home and Garden every month! Bed was comfy, bathroom extremely clean with lovely homemade toiletries. A nice bookshelf in the room where i gave myself nightmares reading abiut English ghosts! Great parking. Breakfast amazing , fresh baked bread, fruit, yogurt, eggs etc. Just gorgeous. And the owners were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful House

We stayed here back in September 2017 as a default actually because or original choice was overbooked by booking.com so we came here as a back up and were very happy. There is adequate parking on site and the pub round the corner is very accessible. The access by bus into the city centre is easy and from what I understand the buses are regular. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and freshly made. The room itself was spacious and well looked after, the only slight issue I did have was how old the mattress on the bed seemed to be. It could do with replacing. Overall a lovely and accommodating stay.

Lovely B and B

We stayed here on a Saturday night. The location is very convenient to Bath and a short taxi ride in to the centre. The house is beautiful and decor is lovely. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and hard to believe anyone outside of France can make bread that good! The owners are lovely and decor delightful. The only downside was despite following instructions on the shower it did pool with water in the tray, but other than that we absolutely loved the decor and atmosphere and it made our first wedding anniversary incredible memorable!
