I stayed at the Premier Inn Leeds Arena as we were going to a concert at the arena and wanted to be close by.  The hotel is directly infront of the arena so excellent for anyone wanting to be close by. (It is literally across the road!) The roads were not busy so I did not hear any traffic noise.  I did not get disturbed by any other people coming or going and I know people were in the rooms next to me so that was great.  The rooms was an excellent size with lots of room.  There was a double and a single bed with a large shower room with a purple light and a normal light.  The shower was either double or triple size with body wash provided.  There was also a great hairdryer in the room, a full length mirror and tea/coffee making facilities. Extra towels and pillows were also provided.  
The staff were very friendly and helpful.  We were told there was only one chef on so meals may take a while but we said we needed to be quick due to getting to a concert and were served within minutes, excellent service!  All in all one of the best hotels I have stayed in.   

Great hotel in excellent location for First Direct Arena Leeds

We were on floor 9 and had an excellent room. It was really spacious and clean, couldn’t fault it. Also liked the fact that as you walked through the hallway to your room there was a diffuser so the hallway smelt lovely. Little things like this are great for a budget chain. Breakfast was good and value for money as my daughter ate for free. The location is excellent for the arena as it’s straight across the road. I’d definitely stay here again. 

Excellent stay

Exellent value for money. From rooms to food. A must stay if visiting the Arena. Close to City Centre.

Arena visit

Stayed one night with my mum for a gig at Leeds Arena and this was one of the best Premier Inn experiences. Staff were friendly and welcoming, room was spacious and clean, beds were comfy and breakfast was excellent. No complaints at all other than that we were only staying one night!

No complaints at all

The room was very modern and reasonably clean.  The only problem with the room was the temperature it was far too cold.  In the information provided it stated that the heating only came on 3 times a day to save on energy but think the guest should be able to boost if needed.  The only other negative was the breakfast very busy for size of hotel and food ran out quickly.

Quite cold 🥶

The hotel felt like it was a old hotel and looked tired in some areas particularly the common spaces 
My room was 237 which was ok but the room was very noisy as you can hear other occupants in other rooms watching TV all night plus the noise from the adjacent raod which goes all night
The staff were lovely and very help and that was really nice
The restaurant was very small and breakfast was very busy and crowded particularly around the servery  points

Not sure I will use this hotel again as also a bit of a trek from the station

Work 2 days in Leeds

We paid £183 for one night as we were at the Leeds arena for a show. 
To start, 1 lift was broken, and we had to wait 20 mins to get in the only working one. The room was awful, marks on the wall and the carpet, wouldn't like to think what it was. The smell when we walked into the room was disgusting, which didn't leave the whole time we were there and was like sewage. Curtians were hanging off the rkail and had holes in. There was a contestant noise from the bath drain that sounded like stuff was going to come up from it, got worse when other rooms dushed their loo. The shower head had just a sprinkle coming out and we couldn't adjust it it was also covered inmouldd. The air vent in the room was covered in dust, and god knows what, which is definitely a health hazard.
The advert for premier inns shows lovely clean sparkling rooms, and this definitely was not. To charge £183 for this is outrageous.

Disgusting room 

I stayed 5 nights, when i came to drop my son off at University of Leeds. The location of the hotel was perfect. 10 min walk to the university. 5 min from major shopping areas and restaurants. This is a basic no frills hotel, but thats what i needed. The breakfast was good enough. The room was spacious. Absolutely fantastic customer service at the reception. If i remember the name correctly, it was Danis at the reception who can be a role model for anyone trying to learn what customer service is all about. Will stay here again.

Super Value for money ! Excellent Service !

Was a bit worried about noise from the Arena, but there was no need- very well noise insulated from outside noise. Less so from inside noise- doors closing down corridor were noisy and woke me up during the night. My previous experiences of premier inns was better in this regard.

Convenient, a bit noisy from other rooms

Excellent hotel room very it was a warming welcome.Beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very clean would definitely stay again.I highly recommend this hotel to stay in if anyone else is visiting.
