Premier Inn Leeds City West

I needed a night stay in Leeds with my son for a swim gala, I choose the hotel for price and location with no expectations.  The check in was easy and friendly, the room exceeded expectations and the dining facilities great as we had evening meal.  The price was average but needs must, so we had to pay it.  But it was a Saturday night    I'd recommend this hotel it was quiet too.    

Been a great stay, the host at the bar John, and mark been very welcoming, felt less of a hotel more off a local hope I get snowed in so I can stay another night . Dinner was good, Room was good standard as you would expect with a premier inn, and if any thing is not up to stand, the on site staff are more then willing to accommodate.

What an absolute saviour John is - unbelievable customer service superstar and all round gentleman.

Travelled up to Leeds forgetting my phone and vape charger but managed to get a usb c charger but no port to plug it into, John the legend went out of his way and sorted me right out with adapters to make it all work

John and Kyle where the best staff to serve me. Stopped what they was doing to help me and made me feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel as they made me feel like I was at home..

Nicest staff, lads were so helpful great establishment, food was excellent, rooms were fantastic, big shout out to john and kyle lads went out off there way stopped what they were doing to assist genuinely great place to stay 

Excellent stay

Great location for what we were looking fie in regards of Xmas shopping and then watching Leeds United on the Wednesday evening 

Great parking and easy check-in. Staff were friendly and the room comfortable and clean 

Good value for money

Me and a few friends stayed here and upon arrival was made very welcome, perfect atmosphere and friendly staff who, although busy, catered to our needs profesionally.
Special mention to sarah at the bar, a lovely girl.

We had a one night stopover while collecting a new car in the immediate area. The staff are all amazing, there was only three of them covering reception, bar and dining service but despite being extremely busy they were always smiling and extremely efficient. They were all a real credit to Premier Inn and I can only hope some senior manager recognises the value of the staff especially Sarah.  Top marks to all. The hotel and rooms were also excellent and without issue. 

Reason why we booked premier Inn was location, walking distance to Leeds united ground ,been here before always good never had a bad night's sleep food good staff always available if needed,good price if booked early enough

We had a really lovely stay here. We have been several times before and the staff is always great and it's always excellent value for money. We were visiting family in Leeds for Christmas and the hotel was a perfect end to a lovely day. I was touched by the selection box that was left on my son's bed on arrival. Very thoughtful.

Christmas Day at  Premier Inn Elland Road

Great welcome, with really friendly staff, stayed to visit friends in Leeds for a night out so the breakfast the next day was good and really needed (better to book as is busy). Big, free car park, was worth the money staying outside the city centre and getting taxis in. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Quick visit to Leeds

Great welcome with a pack of biscuits in the room! 
Comfy bed, clean room.
Unfortunately very busy due to a large party taking over the restaurant so had to press management to be allowed to order food.
Was woken up by people in the room above me at 4am loudly singing, however this wasn’t the hotels fault.

Overall the hotel was nice, just what you expect from a premier inn. Staff welcoming. Food standard but service good and speedy. Room very clean. Only issue drunk neighbours in the early hours messing about and waking us up however the reception guys sorted it eventually and also left a note for reception in the morning and treat us to a free breakfast.

Concert stay

For one night at the Premier Inn hotel at sura attending a friend's wedding staff on checking were very efficient and friendly and when we returned home after the evening two members of staff rosita brown and Sarah Gaines were extremely kind to our two children. Great room. Delicious breakfast and comfy beds.

I had received an email from Premier Inn prior to my stay explaining that there were staff shortages.In my opinion this email didn't need to be sent.The staff were extremely efficient,professional and friendly.The room was spacious,clean ,light and comfortable.The staff in the restaurant were particularly professional and served our large group with ease .I would recommend this hotel.For the price I  dont see what could be done better.
