Our whole experience was fantastic. From the cleanliness to the food. The breakfast staff was amazing. Went above and beyond to make sure our stay there was perfect. Best hospitality staff I've come across in a long time.e

Karen and Molly were both absolute delights. They could not have been more helpful. Friendly, efficient and extremely pleasant. They both deserve a pay rise.

Stayed due to Christmas visit to children and grandchildren very handy.  Very clean and friendly staff.  A little awkward location due to roads but extremely comfortable for elderly parents on ground floor level. 

Had a great stay with my family when visiting relatives for Christmas. Comfortable stay and really nice staff. I liked that we didn’t have to go outside to get to the pub for breakfast! A good stay had by all the family, 

Good short stay. Rooms clean and location quiet. Free parking and plenty of spaces. Breakfast a bit crowded at peak time but fine. Good location - close to Motorways but not noisy, also retail park close so easy to get food etc.

Have stayed at this hotel previously and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely and clean, we even got some biscuits to have with a cup of tea which was appreciated. 
The restaurant service was a lot better this time round.

Travelled to visit family in Leeds and this hotel is ideal, nice and quiet, only 15 minute drive away from the city centre The staff are so welcoming. The ladies on reception are lovely, Vicky and Sharon. The restaurant next door seemed stretched in the evening but Chanel was lovely. Will definitely be staying here again.

The staff went out of their way to help us throughout our stay. The two ladies on reception were fantastic, helping us with taxis, changes to our booking and were a real credit to the company.  Friendly and smiling we saw them greet everyone with the same enthusiasm.

Back again with family we stayed here over Xmas time to meet some relatives and it was great just like the last time. Fantastic team Victoria and Karen on reception was great on departure very friendly. Lady on check in gabby was so helpful did all she could even helped with luggage and finding somewhere to eat local. The rooms was very clean, one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stopped at. Hopefully we will be back again in the future thank you

Friendly staff here at Leeds south, lady on reception was extremely helpful. Breakfast and evening meal was ok, the room was clean and very spacious, surprisingly quiet with it been near the motorway.

Stayed here for 2 nights in early May. When we arrived (at about 6pm) there was no one on reception and it took some time to find the buzzer - we had to ask another guest who sat outside. Agreed the service was prompt after that but it was more than a little off putting. Then we ate in the restaurant - on one night the waiting time for a simple order was awful and the second night the place was clos eon deserted. It was all very weird. The accessible room however was very good indeed and hence the 4 star but please get some staff.

The Marie Celeste

As always very comfy, good food.however after coming back from the Leeds game absolute chaos in the bar. One man,max, valiantly trying to do everything Twnty minutes get a pint. All was redeemed when we went for dinner and the whirlwind. Called Shenelle. Fantastic girl , great personality and brilliant at her job. This was going to be a bad review, but her and Max pulled it back
