Staff are so nice here. I got stuck in the snow storm and even though the chef had rung in, and in the restaurant and they were short staffed, Evie in the restaurant was brilliant and really looked after me with whatever food and drink she could whilst doing what looked like 3 peoples jobs at 100mph. Ozzy on reception was really helpful whilst trying to coordinate people rebooking rooms too and helped me with my phone. Absolutely brilliant customer service from them both. Hope this triggers some kind of recognition for them like a lot of companies do for "Wow" reviews.
