Stayed here on a business trip on a freezing cold Wednesday in January. The reception team were really friendly & made the whole experience much more enjoyable that I thought. The room was really clean, although could probably do with updating slightly & breakfast was spot on too. Would book again next time.

Business Trip

Stayed as was dropping child to Uni. Stayed as family with younger daughter and son. Needed a cheap 0lace to stay overnight. Lovely stay. Able to rest. Could see car from room which was great added bonus. Breakfast well stocked. Filled our belly before checking out. Easy check out and car park payment. An Easy relaxed stay.

Amazing Team shout out to Lindsey checking us in and Marie the manager who took time out of her day to have a chat to us and really make us feel at home. The lady who looked after us at breakfast on Sunday morning you are doing an amazing job. The Geordie lass who looked after us in the evening and the security guard covering in Friday and Saturday night you were all amazing thank you!!

It is a nice friendly clean hotel just 10-15 min walk to the centre.we had to pay £6 for the overnight parking across the road and there was glass near some of the spaces??we got there 1/2hr before check in and was asked if we wanted early check in for £10??if the room is ready why should you pay??

Nice friendly hotel

Stayed here for 2 nights, the whole team here are lovely, very helpful, good recommendations, and so friendly. Breakfast was great too. This is the best premier inn I've stayed in and that's all down to the people that work here. Lindsey was great.

We have arrived to Leeds Premier Inn to be greeted by lovely receptionist. 
To our surprise we been told we are going to be charged for car park( 2 nights) at the end of our stay ! The same car park which belongs to Premier Inn very cheeky very bad to start off.
Then we came into our room where were rubbish on the floor ,like - fluff etc . Clearly wasn't hoovered properly. Bed covers had some stains , i get it that some can't be washed but don't use it for your guest anymore.
Then I went to check toilet which clearly wasn't clean properly as remains on nr 2 was in it ! Absolutely disgusting! 
Breakfast area its way to snug and small for the size of the hotel. Had to queue for food and coffee way to longer then we should. Coffee it self was so awful. Was looking forward to the coffee in the morning it was one big disappointment! I was happy to have one in my room as I truly I don't mind that but we were stocked with 1 stick of Nescafe coffee . I asked in reception for some more  they said no problem ,but was never delivered.
In the bfast room was only decaf. We have stayed in few Premier Inns in the past ,but this one was the worst so far. Such a shame as we were looking forwad to stay

Lack of cleanliness & charging for their own car park !

I am always impressed with Premier Inn, we had a great night out and the breakfast in the morning was good. The dining area was delightful and so were the rooms - they were clean, well provisioned and exactly what you expect. There's the 200 characters haha!

Room stunk of smoke and cheap body spray 
Had people running around the hall till about 5 in the morning screaming and shouting .

Absolutely shocking place to stay !!!!

I’d rather stay in a police cell than this again

Excellent location for our visit, on-site car parking was easy and not too expensive. The room was excellent, clean, tidy and the shower was great.  Breakfast was a bit on the warm side rarther than hot but the staff were excellent, both reception and serving.  Very helpful and friendly.  The Brewery was walkable so a great location for this visit.

The hotel was in a convenient location for the weekend I had planned. It is a 20ish minute walk from the city centre, and a straight shot from the train station.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly.
I only have 2 complaints, one is that there was a big hole in the curtain which was a privacy issue while changing. The second complaint is that whoever cleaned the room used the toilet before hand and left the while room stinking.
Rather soured the stay.
