Property is close to ferry terminal and within easy walking distance to an excellent pub.Room was clean and a good size for ud.

Great experience. The hotel is clean and very well kept. The room was clean and tidy, spacious bathroom and shower. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hospitality. We liked the location close to the sea and there are plenty restaurants near by. Comfortable parking just in front of the hotel. Would recommend and we would definitely come back if we happen to book something around Belfast again.

Lovely little B&B with great rooms.  Spacious, clean, modern and with everything you'd need.  A great range of choice for breakfast and a menu you could order from for things to be freshly made.  The owner is lovely and her level of care made the short stay even more delightful.

My favourite stay of my whole vacation.   Beautiful location.  Easy to find.  The nicest lady on the planet running it.  Rooms are super clean and comfortable.  And breakfast is amazing.   Can’t recommend this enough.

We needed somewhere close to ferry terminal to catch early ferry next day.  This was most convenient, providing everything we needed. (Can recommend nearby Olderfleet Pub for a good evening meal).  When we told our hostess that we would have to leave before breakfast,  she graciously offered to make us breakfast, including scrambled eggs, at 6.30.

Our stay was excellent. The host was very helpful. The room was cozy with a nice new bathroom. The breakfast was delicious. Walking distance to the train station into Belfast.

Friendly efficient reception, properly dog friendly. Very handy for ferry

Lovely stay at the Seaview house and one of the best bed and breakfasts I have been too.

loved this hotel the staff are terrific although my room didnt have an ‘ocean view’ i was able to see the boatyard and watched a cruise ship leaving the port at night

Clean, tidy and relaxing.

Excellent service

Carol was an amazing host and had a wonderful home that she welcomed us into. The room was comfortable and made for a great first stop after an overnight flight. Breakfast each day was awesome and full of options! It’s also incredibly convenient to the ferry that takes you to Cairnyarn, Scotland. Highly recommended. Parking is a bit limited but not uncommon in areas like this. Just find a space and avoid the double yellow lines!

I booked this BnB as it was near my friend who I was visiting and in walking distance of the waterfront.  What a find! Comfortable single room, great shower room. Breakfast excellent with a choice of cooked breakfast, cereals, yogurts and fresh fruit.
Carol made me feel right at home as a single traveller.  I would recommend this BnB to anyone and is in walking distance of the town and train station.

Escape to Northern Ireland

My family and I visited here for a friends wedding in Ballycastle. We arrived early and our room was ready. We were helped to our room with our cases and made to feel very welcome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. 

There were amenities in the room such as tea, coffee, hairdryer, hangers and soap in the bathroom. We required a travel cot which was available for us when we arrived. We also requested the use of an iron that was promptly given to us. 

Breakfast was lovely. Dining room was clean and spacious. A continental and cooked selection available. A clean high chair was provided each morning for us and was already set at a table of 4 for us each morning - a lovely, personal touch. 

We loved our visit to Larne and will definitely return here. This B&B should definitely charge more for what they offer.

Fantastic from start to finish. My fiancé and I went on a Saturday for a friends wedding. We asked if we could drop our bags off prior to check-in and we were allowed to check in early as the room was ready. The hotel was very warm, the room and bathroom were spotless, bed was comfy and the amenities were great. The breakfast was top marks and the hospitality from carol was second to none. Can’t believe the room rate and the level of service provided. Should definitely charge more. Regards, Ryan and Kerry.

Wedding guest accommodation

We have had an amazing stay at Seaview. Hosts were welcoming and friendly and the rooms were spotless, with lovely decor.

The breakfasts were delicious, we had full cooked breakfast every day of our 3 night stay. Compliments to the team.

We would definitely stay again. Thank you for you hospitality.

Wonderful stay at Seaview, welcoming and friendly

Stayed at Seaview for two nights 26th untill 28th July for a wedding at Ballygally Castle.    Carol and the staff couldn't have been wore welcoming.  Our room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed.   Nothing was too much trouble and the ample breakfast choices was both amazing and delicious.  Would definitely return and definitely recommend.   Thank you Carol for a lovely couple of days away.  



Amazing B & B.

When we pulled up in front of Seaview, I had misgivings, The house next door is run down looking, and we found it a bit off putting.
However, when we checked in we got such a warm welcome, and the downstairs area was so clean and well maintained, we need not have worried.
We'd only booked the overnight before the ferry back to Scotland but we could happily have stayed longer. The room was spacious, clean, well furnished, and modern.
The addition of two bottles of water on the hospitality tray was a nice touch.
And the bathroom! A very modern white suite, and a walk in shower the width of the room. I could have stayed in that shower all evening were it not for missing Corrie!
Bed comfortable with nice linens.
Breakfast next day included the usual buffet, plus a menu of cooked fare.
We opted for the full breakfast. Bacon, sausage, tomato, beans, fried egg and toast. There was butter and little packs of jam on the table.
The breakfast was well cooked and tasty, although my egg was a little too solid for my taste
Service was good and quick, and the server lady was most friendly and helpful.
Carol described how to get to Belfast ferry in less than 30 mins even with our habit of getting lost (which we didn't with her route!)
Brilliant place to stay. Minimal noise inside, and none heard from the outside.
Walking distance to the high street and a McDonalds, and pubs.
Don't expect a sea view though- our room faced the rear of the property

Spent the night here on our way to Belfast. Lovely place. Cozy. Small parking lot right in front that could easily be full. Good breakfast and friendly family. Our room was beautiful, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Have in mind that they have no elevator and you might have to carry your bags a couple of floors. Would stay here again.
